We were our traveling in our RV got a flat went to Big o tires and Cameron Greenhalgh fixed it within an hour very pleased with service at the store.

Great experience. I really appreciate the honesty of your business. After checking out my truck, Cammeron advised me the alignment was fine. He said my breaks were getting rusty but they would still be fine for awhile longer. He also told me the shocks didnt have any leaks in them and they were ok. I have had a bad front end bounce on the passenger side that no matter what, it just kept getting worse. I opted to have all new Bigfoot tires shocks and brakes all around. To my surprise the bounce is gone and I don't have to worry about going down the freeway at 80 anymore. I have got some vibration on the rear driver side now but I will have it checked next time I'm in Cedar. Thank You for the honest, friendly, fast and GREAT service. I will always be a customer of your Big O.

The service tech didn't put the oil cap back on after an engine oil change and my daughter drove the car 10 miles and spewed almost all the oil from the engine out and all over. She called Big O and Cameron told her not to move the car. He arrived to her in 20 min with oil and a new oil cap. He verified no damage was done to the motor, put in new oil and replaced the cap. He then followed my daughter to a car wash where he cleaned the motor compartment. Makes a dad more confident to send his daughters to Big O if Cameron is working. He deserves a recognition for going out of his way. Thank you Cameron

i brought my mother in law's car in for an oil change and explained to the mechanic that its my moms car, she is 80 years old and heading back to calif from new harmony utah and needed maybe a little extra check of her car. the mechanic pointed out a few items that i should be aware of. my father in law just passed so i felt it was my responsibility to make sure she was safe for her return visit. thank you so much to the crew at the cedar city location. and the price was right.

They were proficient, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to make sure the tires we needed would be there for our appointment and when they thought they might not be there in time they kept us up to date.

I went in last week to have a tire checked that set off my TPMS sensor. The folks in Cedar City Big O quickly brought in my car and broke down the tire to check if there was a nail or something. Not finding one they cleaned the shoulder on the wheel due to some build up of a previous tire. This rim was recently replaced due to the original being bent. This too was determined by the professional staff there. So far the pressure is holding steady. I appreciate their willingness to diagnose and fix problems, especially at no charge.

One of the best tire buying experiences I've ever had. The Bigfoot AS is a smooth riding quiet tire. Really like them.

Found tires online and requested appt online. Received a phone call in less than 10 minutes to discuss appt and tires. Tires requested were not in stock for several days (I needed tires that day). Had an immediate opening instead of waiting later in the day. Appt went smooth, tires are great. I do have one issue - the alignment. Was told that even though my steering wheel was not straight the alignment still checked out. Went to Goodyear Tire same day for a different service and they adjusted at no charge. Not sure what happened there. But over all, this was a great experience and I recommend this location and to speak to Cameron!
