Big o in cedar City was amazing they did the best job I had an oil change and 4 new done to my vehicle it was done super quick and they did not miss a thing. My washer fluid was filled as well as my coolent they checked all my breaks and everything and assured me that my vehicle was fine the two employees working on my vehicle names were po and Tyler I think it was a little hard to see their name tags but you try were great I will always bring my car they're from now on

Easy, quick service

The Cedar City store has always given me good service. This time around was a safety inspection with prompt friendly service. I've had brake and tire work done here in the past and they've always done great work.

On our way to Mesquite over presidents day weekend our truck was having issues, eventually realized there was something major that needed to be looked at. We stopped in Cedar City and went to a couple of shops and called about 6 in town, everyone was booked and couldn't look at it for several days. Big O said they could look at it that day, at first we thought the damage was mild only to find out the next day that it was more severe and the part would take 7-10 days to get there. Eric was very empathetic realizing this was a very unexpected repair he offered to order the part and helped us find the best deal on a used axle. For over 2 weeks they brought our truck into the shop, kept it locked up, called with updates, and just went above and beyond knowing we were 240 miles away. Very unfortunate to have such an expense like this but felt like we were in good hands with Eric and the mechanics working on it. Cameron Greenhalgh has always been fantastic. He is the reason I return time and again.

Cameron took great care of us. He ordered a set a tires and after installing them, they were 25% less than we had expected. He went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of.
