Big O Tires

Bid O is always there for me. I come in on occasion for this and that and the accommodate me pro-bono!

They were friendly and did the job well. I would recommend them.

I have yet to be let down by this Big O store. Their service is terrific, always polite, and rarely keep me waiting long. This particular visit was due to an air leak in one of my tires, and although they were busy, I was in and out fairly quickly. Turns out I had a screw lodged in the tire which they repaired at no cost. Although this isn't the first time they've done this for me, it was a pleasant surprise each time.

Easy to get problems taken care of on tires we purchased from this location.

We found a nail in our tire. Big O got in and out with out an appointment. Thanks Big O!

Estimate from another company said I needed new brakes. Took it to Big O and they said I still had 75% of pads still left. Saved hundreds of dollars!

I had an appointment at 11 for new tires and an alignment. Had to drop car off early at 9. They called about 45 minutes later and said it was already done. Incredibly fast and efficient. Everyone was super friendly! Exceeded in every way possible :)

You always change my oil but recently I needed a "sway arm link" ( I think that was it.) Chet is awesome and the person that did the work was great. He found my problem in about 2 seconds and ordered the part. Very good service AND attitude. Thanks

Anyone that is looking for a great neighborhood tire/repair store - this is what you've been looking for!! We've been using this BigO store since we moved to the area in 2014. We recently had our oil changed, tires rotated, safety inspection, emissions test and registration completed in one visit. Service is awesome, the staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!!

I came in to get a tire leak fixed, and the technician found the issue and repaired it in probably 15 minutes. The entire process was super easy and way faster than I expected!

Pulled in with an electrical problem. 5 minutes and $5, problem fixed and I'm out of there.

Always treats me well. Got new Big Foot tires for my RAM truck. (Does extras--rotated the tires and greased the zerks on my fifth-wheel.) Workable on pricing. Efficient and quick.

I used them just a day agonizing they fixed two tire one flat with basil and the other stem broken and they checked all the tires and torqued them

The store manager chet took time to install a new front headlight bulb which was very difficult
