Big O Tires

Big O has always treated me with great service. As usual took care of the Car and additional items quickly and effectively.

Tire rotation and full service oil change went pretty fast.

Overall I was highly satisfied because of the time it took and the prices combined with current promotional of alignments. I was also able to apply a coupon after the fact that I forgot about making sure was applied five minutes afterward. This greatly helped make up for the small mishap that an alignment was done even though all i requested was a free alignment check.

They were Fast quick and friendly.

I always went to Jiffy Lube for oil changes and such, but jeez..I'm always going to go to this chain from now on. Not only was the customer services impeccable, but there was no selling me on anything and it was quick and easy :) 10/10 would recommend

I’ve always been extremely pleased with Big O Tires and my experiences at their locations. This visit was no different. The knowledge of the staff is amazing and the tire guarantee they offer is well worth the money (would HIGHLY recommend). I go off roading over very rough terrain in my truck on a regular basis and the knowledge of the associates in helping my pick tires, tire ratings (E vs C, etc) is always helpful. I also travel fairly regularly and having the peace of mind that there will be a Big O relatively close to help me with any problems that arise is very comforting. I would HIGHLY recommend Big O tires. They have won my business time and time again.

I know this is not a big deal but to me it's the principle of the thing. I've been in before and love your service and employees and cleanliness and helpfulness. But the other day I had my flat fixed and they apparently used my jack.and and didn't put it back under the back seat, which I didn't notice until a few days later when I came across it in the back of my Xterra under a bunch of stuff. Now I have to clean out the back seat and get out the manual to see how to put it back. Not a big deal, but seems that should have been your job. Parts of it could have been lost with the grandkids driving around. You'll see me again, however, when I need new tires in the next few months.

Came in for a balance and rotation and to have a tire checked. They found it was it was irreparable. It was under warranty, a tire was ordered, and put on the following day. Great service!

First time I have made any purchases at this store. The price was fair, the service prompt. However, whoever had parked my vehicle after completion of the service had very dirty hands, and they left my steering wheel a mess. As I steered my vehicle off the property I had grease and grime all over my hands.

Got in, got it done, got out. Only complaint would be was not told price before handed over keys, but not major deal

I actually switched to the Lehi location for my service needs rather than the Orem location because I found the Orem techs to be less than honest. I trust the Lehi techs and they get the job done, but don't expect to be blown away by customer service in the process. Also, for some reason, the rubber smell in the Lehi store is always so overwhelming I leave with a headache for hours.

I was on my way to a funeral in Southern Utah when I hit a pothole on the freeway destroying my tire. Found this store who started working on it even before they opened. When it became apparent that my tire was un fixable and a new tire would have to be ordered, I was upset that I would not make it to the funeral. The manager seeing I was upset offered to lend me a car! I took him up on his very generous offer and made it to the funeral returning Several hours later to find my car fixed. I want to thank this store manager for his compassion, going way above what was required. Someone who puts kindness above business should be commended. Thank you so much.

My only problem is the pricing of your parts. I had my rotors and brakes replaced and found out that the price for my rotors were more then 50% less at other locations. I am not happy with this and will probably take my business elsewhere. I just spent $500+ on tires, plus front end repair on 2 vehicles. I don't mind paying for work done but I felt jacked by getting my rotors done there.

Chet was very helpful and pleasant. We use Big O tire all of the time on all our vehicles because know just about anywhere we go, there will be a Big O or partner to take care of us.

I had signed up online for GoodYear Tiger-Paw tires only to find that the store did not have them on-hand - that the new on-line service was not accurate with actual in-store stock. I settled for a different brand because I wanted to get tires right away rather than wait.

These guys are always professional and friendly. I would never hesitate to bring my car here for repair or service. Their pricing is very fair and as a former mechanic they have always been honest and straight-forward.
