No matter what location I go to the staff is always amazingly upbeat, professional and courteous.

I had a battery light come on. B O T had recently installed a new alternator so battery was suspect. B O T confirmed the battery was the problem so new battery installed. Tough installation since battery is located under passenger seat. Elise, the B O T associate was great working me through the problem and solution.

I worked with Kelly and Justin and they were both amazing! Kelly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and up to date on what was happening with my car. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers!

I've been taking all my cars to Big O for decades. Over the years I've worked with different employees and have always been given impeccable customer service. Ishmael is who I like to work with now. He knows my needs and accommodates my schedule. The work done on my car is always well done. I know Ishmael has my best interest in mind and what's needed to keep my cars safe and on the road.

I stopped in before a long road trip to have a tire repaired and get an oil change. I ended up having to buy new tires and the employee who helped was very informative and helped me pick out the best tires and get the best deal.

Customer service was top notch. Everyone was so polite and friendly. They wasted no time in getting my oil changed and rotating my tires. They warned me that it’s a good time to get my transmission serviced soon and gave me a breakdown of what the cost would be, but didn’t pressure me into going through with the service that day, like I’ve experienced with other companies. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

I knew they were an exceptional company from living in Colorado so I sought them out when I moved to Utah. They were just as professional and skillful as I have come to expect. Colton at this location went above and beyond by assisting with an aftermarket issue that would have taken weeks to correct left to my own devices. The prices, professionalism and consistency from shop to shop makes this my choice for service no matter where I live. Plus Big O Tires are awesome, long lasting and have a great warranty.

I was desperate to have a tire repaired or replaced on my rent a car in order to begin my return trip to L. A. Big-O saved the day. I was very impressed with Elisa Bloomquist's helpful and efficient assistance. I was out the door in no time. Thank you!!

I had sworn never to use Big O Tires for anything ever again after very poor service I received in another state. Well, one day I had an emergency and it happened that your store was my only option. Colton ressurected my faith in Big O. What fantastic customer service he showed. He took me from a feeling of -3 on the "Like Big O" scale to a +10. I have been going back routinely since.Well, this week my daughter in law was in town with my four grandchildren in tow. As she was about to leave town and head back to Arizona, we discovered that her breaks were shot. (Well, I'm not letting her and my 4 grandkids go anywhere with bad breaks.) This was at 3pm on Saturday afternoon. I live about 200 feet from another Big O store. My daughter in law was not able to make an appointment there because of the late hour. I told her to let me call "My" guy Colton. His store was 48 blocks away rather than across the street, but I had faith they would come through for us. I will admit that I got a bit nervous when the person on the phone said that Colton had the day off. But "Kelly" asked how she might be able to help. I explained the situation and told her where we were, and she said "Well, we are just getting ready to close for the day, but get here as fast as you can and we will see what we can do." Long story short, we arrived, they evaluated and then the whole team worked like an "Indy pit crew" and had new breaks installed all the way around in record time.In the meantime while Kelly was busy, Jeremy was fielding questions for me about tires I will need to purchase by summers end. He has me sold on a new design that will be excellent for my driving needs. Everyone I have met at this paticular store location has shown the highest level of quality customer service. (And coming from me that evaluation does not come easy, having been a "Customer Service Trainer" for many years.) Kim Moss

Front desk staff is awesome. Just an FYI - this is the second time I have lost a hubcap shortly after leaving your store. Maybe remind your technicians to secure hubcaps appropriately.

Russell was very professional and helpful. He was quick to call back and absolutely made it feel like they were there to help any time.
