Really most of our tire business went to Discount Tire down the road before we met Danny. He has successfully managed to help us out with pretty much all of our needs. Great job

I had some pretty major 80,000 mile love needed on my Jeep. I didn't hesitate on taking it in to Colton at the Murray store. I've been to a few other Big O Stores for their proximity to my home but I will never waiver from driving the extra miles to go to Murray. I had a total 5 star experience this time as always but more importantly this time since I was dropping some hard earned dollars on my vehicle. The work was done timely, professionally and I understood every reason for each piece of love. I could have spent days waiting for the same work at a dealership and would have been charged an arm and a leg. New tires, new tire sensors, new front and rear brake pads, new ball joint, new shocks and new struts.....lots of love at a very fair price!!

I was kept up to date on what was going on. I was advised of future maintenance and the cost. If I had needed to be elsewhere I would have been given a ride.

Big O Tires does such a great job! This location has always treated me well and the work they put in is flawless. It's my favorite location. I won't go anywhere else!

Making an appointment online was very simple. At the time of drop off, staff was attentive to me and listened to the concerns I had about my car. Staff contacted multiple times in the day with updates and gave me a quote, which was right in the ball park or lower than other quotes I had gotten. They were able to work with my time crunch even though I called half way through the service and asked to also put on 4 new tires as they were replacing all four of my brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Thank you!

Oil change was drop in. Finish is less than an hour. Also, received input on issues with tires. Friendly, efficient and jobs done right.

This is the only big o tires shop in utah that me & my family will go to because of how wonderful and trust worthy the manager and workers are. I recommended this place to all my friends and family and since they all go to this place to get there cars checked as well. I have been going here for over 10 years now and they never let me down.

Every time I come to the Big O location in Murray off of State Street, I always have a nice time. Everyone there is always quick to help and courteous. They make everything quick and easy. Ismael, the manager, is fantastic to work with. He always makes things so simple and he trains his employees very well, they are all very helpful. Just a wonderful shop over all.

You guys are great! I love the honesty and integrity of your staff! They always do what's best for the customer, which sometimes doesn't mean what's best for the store.
