Great folks to work with. I am impressed.

Oil change was drop in. Finish is less than an hour. Also, received input on issues with tires. Friendly, efficient and jobs done right.

Kelly was awesome. Kept me in the loop, provided information I requested and gave great feedback on my vehicle.

Every time I come to the Big O location in Murray off of State Street, I always have a nice time. Everyone there is always quick to help and courteous. They make everything quick and easy. Ismael, the manager, is fantastic to work with. He always makes things so simple and he trains his employees very well, they are all very helpful. Just a wonderful shop over all.

Typically I don't take time to leave a review. But you definitely have a quality leader over there. Danny Garcia has been awesome. Really most of our tire business went to Discount Tire down the road before we met Danny. He has successfully managed to help us out with pretty much all of our needs. Great job

I had some pretty major 80,000 mile love needed on my Jeep. I didn't hesitate on taking it in to Colton at the Murray store. I've been to a few other Big O Stores for their proximity to my home but I will never waiver from driving the extra miles to go to Murray. I had a total 5 star experience this time as always but more importantly this time since I was dropping some hard earned dollars on my vehicle. The work was done timely, professionally and I understood every reason for each piece of love. I could have spent days waiting for the same work at a dealership and would have been charged an arm and a leg. New tires, new tire sensors, new front and rear brake pads, new ball joint, new shocks and new struts.....lots of love at a very fair price!!

I expected the service to take 1 hour and planned to wait. When explained it would take longer due to how busy the say was, he arranged for a ride back to work and to pick me up after the work was completed.

Big O Tires does such a great job! This location has always treated me well and the work they put in is flawless. It's my favorite location. I won't go anywhere else!

Had a problem with a spare tire for my trailer. the faulty tire was taken care of without any issue.

Making an appointment online was very simple. At the time of drop off, staff was attentive to me and listened to the concerns I had about my car. Staff contacted multiple times in the day with updates and gave me a quote, which was right in the ball park or lower than other quotes I had gotten. They were able to work with my time crunch even though I called half way through the service and asked to also put on 4 new tires as they were replacing all four of my brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Thank you!

I’m a returning customer. I always get helped by a man named Russ at my location in slc. He is absolutely amazing. He knows my name when I walk in the door and he always treats me with the best attitude and is soooo helpful!!

This is the only big o tires shop in utah that me & my family will go to because of how wonderful and trust worthy the manager and workers are. I recommended this place to all my friends and family and since they all go to this place to get there cars checked as well. I have been going here for over 10 years now and they never let me down.
