Big O Tires

I've been going to this Big O for many years now and have always consistently received the best customer service and support. I trust their expertise and opinion on the care of my family's cars. Their pricing is fair and competitive if not better than other automotive maintenance and repair shops that I have done business with. And they are fast at what they do!

I expected the service to take 1 hour and planned to wait. When explained it would take longer due to how busy the say was, he arranged for a ride back to work and to pick me up after the work was completed.

I happened to stop here one day with an issue of my Jeep's trunk not closing. That is when I met Colton and he was so helpful in helping us getting it fixed. I've been back many times ever since. We've purchased brakes, tires, oil changes, new hatch, etc. and we have never had a more friendly, knowledgeable and affordable place. The dealerships are awful and we will never go back. We will be forever customers. Colton is a great manager, knows his stuff and always makes sure we are taken care of. Thank you for being an amazing place to go for our car to be cared for. It's important to have trust in those fixing your car especially when it's the car we drive our children around in.

Had a problem with a spare tire for my trailer. the faulty tire was taken care of without any issue.

Our company, Titan Architectural Products has been taking our vehicles to this Big O Tires branch for 15 years. It started out because we were right around the corner but we've long since moved and now drive a little further for their service. We have several trucks and trailers (and personal vehicles) that all have tires and regular service from this branch. There service has always been exceptional and we highly recommend them.

The woman at the front desk was so nice and attentive and helpful! I came in for a tire rotation, thinking I had purchased my tires from Big-O. But come to find out, I hadn't - yet I was still treated like a regular customer with kindness and fast efficient help. I really appreciate doing business with kind and efficient customer service representatives. This definitely influences my future spending on tires and I now plan on that being with Big-O!
