Efficient, friendly, helpful and accurate on pricing and time it will take to get service done. Russ was great and prompt to any questions I had.

Their customer service is A+ and I received professional service to a very fair rate. Driving down to Murray from Park City- I can highly recommend. Finally I found a car repair I can trust.

Russell was amazing, I called on Tue he gave me a pricing and the tires were in stock and installed on Wed. When I arrived at the shop I was immediately greeted and Russell knew who I was. I told Russell I would be going to lunch while the tires were installed and when I returned they were done. Although an alignment was on the order it wasn't necessary so I wasn't charged, I love the honestly! My Mother will be going in next week to have her tires replaced, I have no doubt she will be treated fairly and with respect!

I love big o tires when I come to big o tires I just feel like its the best business ever and I have this euphoric sensation of getting the best service ever.

I need 4 all terrain tires for my 2015 jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. Other tires shops looked around and couldn't get me anything that day. They didn't even call me back. So I call big o tires in murray and talked to Matt. He looked for tires for 20 minutes on the phone with me and then even called me back exploring all my options for my jeep. He found the Big O Tire Big foot all terrain tires in a size bigger to really give me an more aggressive look I wanted on my jeep! He sent a guy right down to the warehouse and told me to drive over! I knew about the tire and the great warranty so I did hesitate getting them even though I was instially looking for a different brand. I was really impressed with his friendliness and willing nature to help me get taken care of that day! It made paying a little more for tires worth it!

Excellent service from start to finish!

The manager, Ismael was very patient and got our 4Runner in and out quickly. As always my expectations were exceeded and I’ll keep driving out of my way for service from this location. The Big O A/T tires look so good installed. They changed the pizza cutter look we had going to a more aggressive tire that rides smooth and quiet.

It was a breeze to schedule it online and dropping my car off for the service was as easy as walking in, telling them my name and handing them my keys. When done, they let me know my tire patch was free. Over all, great experience.

I appreciated the quickness in letting me know those repairs and the work needed. Also, I had only come in for a tire repair but it ended up work was need on brakes and the time it would take was more than an hour. It was so kind that I was offered a ride home and that if needed someone would come and pick me up after the repairs were done. It allowed me to come home and do other necessary things at my home. My husband was able to bring me back to pick up my car, but what a wonderful service. Thank you all so much.
