I was extremely happy with the service that I received it was to repair a tire that I purchased from you and there was no charge. I have already told my daughter to go to big o for her next oil change and that they always do a great job very honest careful and make sure that my car gets the best service

The right rear tire on my X1 was punctured by a nail and developed a slow leak. I took my car to Big O Tires and spoke with Alberto Moreno. After looking at the tire, he suggested trying to patch it if possible, rather than buying a new one. About 20 minutes later, he gave me the best news: my tire was patched and good to go. It would have cost me well over $300 if I'd bought a new tire. Further, he didn't charge me anything for the repair! Thank you Alberto and Big O Tires, you've got a customer for life!!

Had to get an inspection for any damage to my vehicle. The workers there were very helpful and understanding of the situation and assisted. Highly satisfied!

Great customer service! Kelli and Colton are always great! They are very knowledgeable about the products, they are honest. Which is very important because many car shops want you to "fix" more things on your car that it doesn't need, where this Big O location is very honest, they take care of their customers, and are fast.

They degreased my 89 dodges engine and it looks great and they replaced my valve cover gaskets Without leaving one greasy fingerprint on my truck thanks guys!!! I had my 83 dodge engine degreased by Burt brothers and they left greasy fingerprints all over my fenders So Go to Murray big thanks guys .
