Big O Tires

Even though under construction, Big O staff was courteous and helpful. This Murray store is one of my favorite locations. Other stores are closer, but I really trust these guys.

Every time I visit this Big O I get prompt, courteous, fair, and fantastic service!!! What more can you ask for? Danny and the entire crew there are AWESOME!!

Colton helped me out a ton with our Lexus! We had to have it towed in with a surprise elctrical failure. They fixed the problem in less time than we expected and really helped us get back in action due to having another car in the shop for a routine checkup! Awesome team!

I love this location. Alberto is always so helpful and kind, he is honest and prompt and I don't ever feel pressured into anything I don't want to do. He is also patient enough to look into things and gather quotes for me, and explain things to me when I don't understand.

They were friendly, quick to greet me and to complete the service. The store was clean and comfortable to be in while I waited. I could tell they cleaned off the steering wheel when I got in which made me feel better considering the pandemic. Will always return and refer to this store!
