Big O Tires

great group of guys!!

I came in to have a nail hole patched. They patched the hole quickly and went over new tire options since it's about time to replace mine. I was impressed with their knowledge and how nice they were. I only buy tires from Big O and I will continue to do so.

I have been using Big O Tires for years and I will only go to the Murray location. Everyone is always so friendly and I never feel taken advantage of. I recommend them to everyone, I have never had a bad experience with them.

I came in without an appointment and was very satisfied with the associate that helped me I was expecting to be there a long time but got new tires within the hour. This was great for me as I have a pretty stressful job so on my day off it was nice not to sit in a tire shop all day. Thanks for the great service:)

Colton Mahlerbe is the Service Representative that assisted me with my car repair. Because I live in the same neighborhood has he does, he was kind enough to pick up my car and took care of the repair for me. So that is the reason I cannot rate the cleanliness of your store, however I marked a five because of the excellent service I have recieved. Colton is an exceptional representative of your store. He is honest and hard working and provided me with updates as to what was wrong with my car and provided his recommendation. He puts the customer first and always provides several options on how to fix the problem. I can count on Colton 100% plus no matter what the problem is on my cars.
