I have done business with BigO since before Grandma's Tires. The crew has always done a professional job and have freely guided me on what is best for my vehicles, including the times I do some of the work myself. I remain a fiercely loyal customer.

Even though I had to wait a few hours, the knowledge and friendliness of the employees and being able to bring in my car for a free alignment made up for it.

Junior, Oscar, & Armundo were the gentlemen who helped me. They were cheerful and helpful in every way . I had to leave my car for the day and they took me to work and picked me up at five. I appreciated all they did for me to repair my car and to make it a pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and didn't treat me any different (I get the you are a girl you know nothing a lot...). They serviced the car in a timely manner and kept the car clean while doing the work. I would definitely come back to the Murray location.

Everything was flawless! Scheduling on line was super easy. Scheduled an appointment for 930am at 2am same day. They started on it slightly early. Very clear with price and ehat they were going to do. Asked me before performing a service that cost a little extra but would improve my ride quality. Quoted me for bith sides. Ibgave them the go ahead and was pleasantly surprised that they were honest and only completed and chargged me for the one side that needed done. Price was fair and everything is working great. Will definetely do business with this location again.

I would like to comment on the good service I received today. Alberto was helpful and patient. He answered my questions and described what they were going to do to my car. I would also like to acknowledge the hard work of those in the shop. When they weren't working, I saw them sweeping and cleaning. It is always stressful dealing with cars for me, but I came away feeling I had been treated fairly and nicely.

Great help to the job fast mounted and balanced my tires the was good too

Lee was great! He really put me at ease despite the weird circumstances during this pandemic. He explained everything thoroughly and effectively — and he helped me find the best solution for what I needed. A few things worth noting: As a woman, I frequently encounter the "You're a Woman You Don't Know Anything About Cars" schtick BUT I did not experience any of that at Big O which was great. It was nice to be treated like a human for once. Thanks a ton, Lee!!!!
