Fantastic Service!! Great technicians!! Happy People!! You can tell the guys that work here like the work that they do!! It's not just a job to them... Please keep it up you don't find many good, trustworthy vehicle companies anymore!!! Any of my vehicle needs....I will be back! Thanks everyone who was involved with my Truck! Lee was great! He really put me at ease despite the weird circumstances during this pandemic. He explained everything thoroughly and effectively — and he helped me find the best solution for what I needed. A few things worth noting: As a woman, I frequently encounter the "You're a Woman You Don't Know Anything About Cars" schtick BUT I did not experience any of that at Big O which was great. It was nice to be treated like a human for once. Thanks a ton, Lee!!!!

I appreciate them being mindful of cost, and giving me options about what was available. When I had a valve problem a few days later, it was taken care of quickly. Always a good experience.

The service was impeccable, all of the employees were very helpful and kind. And I didn't feel pressured into anything, and they did a great job at explaining what was found during my service and what needed to be done to remedy the issues.

I have been taking my vehicles to this store for years and have been very pleased with their service and competitive prices. The one time we had an issue the manager, Colton, was very kind to respond to our concerns and sincerely apologized for the problem and made it right. I bring all my family's vehicles here and trust the work they do.

Excellent service and product as always!

I made an appointment online for tire rotation and break check on the same day I was leaving for a road trip. I ended up needing a a bit more than anticipated but they worked to get my car done in time for me to leave and the snap finance was relatively painless.

I've been taking my cars to this Big O for decades. I've always had excellent service. I just bought new tires for my 2017 Outback and am extremely pleased with the quality of their product and the expediency of the service was great! Thanks Danny and all your crew for all you do!

Great experience!

I was the first customer at the shop before opening time. And even though another customer walked in before me the gentleman who helped me stated to the other customer that since I was actually there first that he would be second. I appreciated the gesture and his attentiveness. Have yet to be disappointed with the service here.
