Big O Tires

After visiting other tire stores, and being dissapointed. I thought I'd try this big O store. What a breath of fresh air! The staff was helpful, flexible and friendly. I waited a total of perhaps 45 mins for 4 tires to be removed and new ones mounted. Awesome! And, I used the in store charging station for my phone. I'm very satisfied. Thank you. Danny Livingston

The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful, & I believe honest & fair. He went the second mile to find a wiper blade for my car which had to be ordered out but arrived at the store in a short period of time. I feel bad that I didn't get his name.

I went to Big O Tires yesterday to get a standard oil change. After getting the oil change, I'm driving home and I hear a loud "muffled" sound coming from my car that wasn't there before my oil change. I was upset as I had never had an issue at BigO before. I called the Manager (Danny) and explained the situation. Without hesitation he told me to bring my car back in and he'd look at it to see what the problem was. Apparently the technician didn't click the air filter on completely (simple fix) and that was causing the "muffled" noise. Even though it was an easy fix, it could've been something worse. The team at BigO was prepared to assume complete responsibility. Danny was honest, professional and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. You can't beat customer service like this these days. This is why I ONLY go to BigO. Thanks for your honest work!

Service Rep. was very helpful and friendly. He went over the issues with car with detailed explanation, answered all my questions, and worked with me to help me save a little money when I ended up having to buy 4 new tires, that I wasn't expecting I needed. Overall a great experience.

They always do a great job, and get me done and out of there in a decent amount of time.

Great service

The staff was extremely friendly and very co-operative when I accidently had a wrong debit card to make a payment! I love that they fixed a bolt on my engine splash protector just in case too!
