Really most of our tire business went to Discount Tire down the road before we met Danny. He has successfully managed to help us out with pretty much all of our needs. Great job

Danny and his crew are incredible. I always drive to the Murray location from Park City even though there is a closer Big O Tires in Sugarhouse. I went to the Sugarhouse location once and if I got a review from them it would have been 2's and 3's instead of 5's. I haven't gone back so maybe they've stepped it up but I will continue to drive to Murray. Thanks!

I had some pretty major 80,000 mile love needed on my Jeep. I didn't hesitate on taking it in to Colton at the Murray store. I've been to a few other Big O Stores for their proximity to my home but I will never waiver from driving the extra miles to go to Murray. I had a total 5 star experience this time as always but more importantly this time since I was dropping some hard earned dollars on my vehicle. The work was done timely, professionally and I understood every reason for each piece of love. I could have spent days waiting for the same work at a dealership and would have been charged an arm and a leg. New tires, new tire sensors, new front and rear brake pads, new ball joint, new shocks and new struts.....lots of love at a very fair price!!

You guys always grossly underestimate how long a visit will take, but other than that, you are all wonderful to deal with.

Making an appointment online was very simple. At the time of drop off, staff was attentive to me and listened to the concerns I had about my car. Staff contacted multiple times in the day with updates and gave me a quote, which was right in the ball park or lower than other quotes I had gotten. They were able to work with my time crunch even though I called half way through the service and asked to also put on 4 new tires as they were replacing all four of my brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Thank you!

Everyone at this store are extraordinary. They are efficient, but at the same time I get treated like a queen. I really appreciate the service at this store and recommend them to everyone I know.

This is the only big o tires shop in utah that me & my family will go to because of how wonderful and trust worthy the manager and workers are. I recommended this place to all my friends and family and since they all go to this place to get there cars checked as well. I have been going here for over 10 years now and they never let me down.

This has been my go-to car shop for the last 6 years or so. I moved to Magna a couple of years ago, but still make the drive to Murray whenever I need something done with my car. They have always treated me well and quite fairly. Great auto shop.

Coming from California driving on slick performance tires and needing snow tires before the storm that night and before work that morning. They were super busy but got me tires and i made it to work with in a few hours. Im so thankful to this location. The customer service is AMAZING and they all worked so hard. I recommend them to all my coworkers and several are getting new tires from this location in the next few weeks. The gentlemen in the front was great with working with my work schedule and this locations has people who you can tell enjoy their job and helping people get what they need all with a smile. I will be going back in the spring for all seasons tires at the 4745 s St location for sure. Thank you!
