Great customer service! Kelli and Colton are always great! They are very knowledgeable about the products, they are honest. Which is very important because many car shops want you to "fix" more things on your car that it doesn't need, where this Big O location is very honest, they take care of their customers, and are fast.

They degreased my 89 dodges engine and it looks great and they replaced my valve cover gaskets Without leaving one greasy fingerprint on my truck thanks guys!!! I had my 83 dodge engine degreased by Burt brothers and they left greasy fingerprints all over my fenders So Go to Murray big thanks guys .

Even though under construction, Big O staff was courteous and helpful. This Murray store is one of my favorite locations. Other stores are closer, but I really trust these guys.

Great experience..staff was helpful especially Colton (i believe that was his name)and they even changed the nuts on one of my tires coz they said that whoever changed the tires installed the wrong ones and couldve been and major problem..will be going back to them for some maintenance check. Highly recommended

Colton helped me out a ton with our Lexus! We had to have it towed in with a surprise elctrical failure. They fixed the problem in less time than we expected and really helped us get back in action due to having another car in the shop for a routine checkup! Awesome team!

Outstanding customer service

Service took longer than expected then computer stopped working so I had to wait another 15 minutes to check out.

I love this location. Alberto is always so helpful and kind, he is honest and prompt and I don't ever feel pressured into anything I don't want to do. He is also patient enough to look into things and gather quotes for me, and explain things to me when I don't understand.
