I went in with limited expectations and was surprised at how Danny and his crew were able to tackle the issue with my vehicle. They got me fixed and on the road with a new set of awesome tires, a full alignment, as well as fixing an issue that would allow them to finally fix a lingering problem the vehicle has had since I purchased it.

Colton and his team were prompt, professional, and courteous throughout this service visit. I am always impressed with Colton and the Big O technicians at this location. Always a highly positive experience.

Had a bad alignment on my vehicle. The lady was very helpful. Being in from out of state she updated me every step the mechanics took and got me back on the road quickly.

I have done business with BigO since before Grandma's Tires. The crew has always done a professional job and have freely guided me on what is best for my vehicles, including the times I do some of the work myself. I remain a fiercely loyal customer.

They did the job but they left oily marks on my door upholstery and floor mats

My husband called Big O - figured out the tires that were needed for my car - was told they would have to get them from a warehouse - scheduled the appointment for four days later. I even called to make the appointment. When I got there they hadn't written down which tires I wanted and then was told it was going to take about an hour and a half longer than expected - Big O went to the warehouse and they only had two tires for me. So they stated that they would give me a better tire for the same price as the ones I wanted - but after looking the tire up that they gave me if really is not a better tire and the lifetime of the tire was less mileage than the one that I wanted. Everyone was nice enough but I was disappointed that more effort was not made to have gotten me the correct tire!!!

No the service did not exceed my expectations. I brought my because because there is a noise when I step on the brake and when my car was on reverse and I turn the wheel. The store kept my car over night and did nothing to fix it. This was frustrating because I still have the noise when I step on the brake and when I on reverse. Now I have to take my car to another shop. I was not happy at all.

Junior, Oscar, & Armundo were the gentlemen who helped me. They were cheerful and helpful in every way . I had to leave my car for the day and they took me to work and picked me up at five. I appreciated all they did for me to repair my car and to make it a pleasant experience.

I purchased new tires. They are adequate. They were installed in several hours time. Unfortunately the tools needed to change tires were not replaced as they should have been and the lid was not put back on using the tools. This is irritating, at best. Since I assumed this would be taken care of I did not notice until I needed the space in the back to transfer items. If you can't so something right don't do it at all.

I appreciated the quickness in letting me know those repairs and the work needed. Also, I had only come in for a tire repair but it ended up work was need on brakes and the time it would take was more than an hour. It was so kind that I was offered a ride home and that if needed someone would come and pick me up after the repairs were done. It allowed me to come home and do other necessary things at my home. My husband was able to bring me back to pick up my car, but what a wonderful service. Thank you all so much.

The thing I disliked the most was I was told it would take an hour, I guess I I didn't realize that it would take an hour before they started the job. After an hour & 40 minutes I got my car back
