Big O Tires

I have received several estimates for work that have been more than double the price that I found elsewhere. It is convenient to go to this Big O, but we may stop doing business with them due to the ridiculous mark-up.

Colton always take good care of my vehicles. This one ran over a dead animal and the car experienced damage to the front end. They were able to get it fixed including sent out for the body work. One stop shop. Thanks.

Need to be more throul my alignment was not complete and had to bring back in again

I bought tires, an oil change and winter checkup for my jeep. The young woman who helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the tires, and she was friendly and very happy to be there. I am having my other car serviced there next week, it was a great experience. Thanks!

I ask simple to change snow tire to all-season tire and they said it would be 45 mins. In result, it almost 2 hours and i missed my two meeting. They found one tire has metal cord out of tire and it's unsafe. I was planned back to snow tire but I felt stress to buy new tires by worker. Because I was in hurry for meeting and recovery from stomach flu. In result, I hate the new tires from Big O-Tires because my steer seem little counterclockwise on straight road.

Seems most of the time the air pressure is not the same in each tire . Please make sure all air presure is the same in all tire PLEASE

All of the employees were really nice and explained what would be done to my car. The Manager; Danny helped me out; with payment by letting me know; about a special on credit card holders; for a 0% interest payment plan available. I truly appreciate this, plus the added service I received. I definitely recommend this store.

There was grease on the drivers side floor and on the passenger door. Other than that the store manager was very helpful in resolving an issue another store caused.

I've been a Big O customer now for longer than I can remember. I've taken my last 5 or 6 cars to the Murray location not just for their tires and suspension service but for their regular maintenance. I'm a firm believer in customer service. Manager Colton Mahlerby (not sure about the spelling of his last name!) at the Murray location has given me excelled service consistently for so long that I look at him as a personal friend. He remembers me by name and the history of my vehicles and always has the best interest in mind for my vehicles health. His pricing is fair and concern sincere. This service that I'm talking about has always been consistent over the years on multiple vehicles that I've owned. I have and do tell all I know when the topic of tiers and vehicle maintenance comes up about my experiences with Big O and Colton. Thank you Colton for the peace of mind you give me and my family.

I got new schocks put in and your guys messed something up in my locking hub now my truck is stuck in Idaho till I can come pick it up

The non-English speaking clerk told me that an alignment inspection would only take an extra 5 minutes longer than the 40 minute tire rotation for a total time of 45 minutes. So I walked to 7-11 for munches and when I came back 20 minutes later, my car was still sitting outside the alignment shop with the driver's window all the way down and black sky rain storm just beginning.

I had new tires that were a few months old and the car blew the tire and was ruined. Not only was the tire not covered under warranty the salesman tried to sell me a set of four tires because it is all wheel drive. I told him no shave it down and match the tire. Seems like they want me to spend more money than try to really help me out. The store has just gotten so expensive I can't go there anymore so we have chosen another store for our account.

Very slow process for everything. Poor communication between employees. I always pre schedule my time by calling first , before i stop in and this actually make things worest for service I never rush them. I leave my car or truck thefe for 2-3 hrs and that still not enough time. I'm confused ????
