My husband and I loved going to the Big O Tires when we lived in a Logan, Utah--they were always quick, honest about time to get things done. But Murray has been disappointing, they ALWAYS tell me it will take at least an hour shorter than it ever actually does. I have waited for almost 4 hours before (we have one car so we can't just drop it off and drive home), and they don't keep me updated unless I bug them. I usually call before to check time wait and it's always "10 to 30 minutes to get the car in," but I get there and somebody has to take a break or other cars actually have to go first and they didn't realize or something else comes up. I understand this happens in this business but just tell me that!! We won't come back, I just don't have time to wait all day for an oil check or tire rotation here.

Two days after picking up my car the tire pressure light came on again. It appears they didn't fix the problem. Now need to find time to take off of work again to take it back.

I probably will not be bringing my car or any other car to your store. About 2 1/2 years ago I bought a three-year alignment. It is listed under Brett Hilton and the phone number is 801-414-3730. Each time I come to do an alignment I get up charged for some reason. I've only come five times. Each time, and you can see in the notes in your computer, I have been offered some service that was an up charge. The catch is either pay for the up charge or I don't get an alignment. There are two other places close by that do alignments for $40 each . As you can guess regardless of whether I have a A lifetime warranty that has not expired I will go somewhere else.

The right rear tire on my X1 was punctured by a nail and developed a slow leak. I took my car to Big O Tires and spoke with Alberto Moreno. After looking at the tire, he suggested trying to patch it if possible, rather than buying a new one. About 20 minutes later, he gave me the best news: my tire was patched and good to go. It would have cost me well over $300 if I'd bought a new tire. Further, he didn't charge me anything for the repair! Thank you Alberto and Big O Tires, you've got a customer for life!!

Selling a warranty for service, only to invoice for one time occurrence is bad for business. If you sell warranty to a customer than charge the customer for that warranty. And not getting contact information for the store owner/general manager, speaks volumes of business culture. I'll make sure the Murray Bog-o-tire service echoes throughout

Terrible customer service! Made an appointment and when I showed up they did not have my tires and told me they would have to get them from another store out of state. They than tired to sell me more expensive tires. I asked why I wasn't contacted about my tires not being in and he said he didn't know. I have always gone to Big O Tires, but after this I will not go again.

The woman at the front desk was so nice and attentive and helpful! I came in for a tire rotation, thinking I had purchased my tires from Big-O. But come to find out, I hadn't - yet I was still treated like a regular customer with kindness and fast efficient help. I really appreciate doing business with kind and efficient customer service representatives. This definitely influences my future spending on tires and I now plan on that being with Big-O! Thank you very much!

Went in for a free alignment check up on my vehicle and waited an hour for no one to come inform me of how my car was. Saw it sitting out front and went to ask on the progress on whether or not it needed service. Guy at the counter didn't show me what my car's status was until I asked, then tried to charge 85 bucks. I'd like to know if my car needs work before being done!

Very unhappy: I have spent thousand's of dollars on multiple vehicles over the last several years at this Big-O location. No more!My check engine lightwas on and the computer identified the thermostat needed to be replaced. Weleft the car at Big-O all day. When we picked up the car we discovered that the power to the driver seat and wheel chair ramp had been disconnected.Big-O spent a few minutes trying to diagnose the problem but seemed to try to blame us that perhaps this was just a coincidence that theseaccessories stopped working. They seemed to be more interested in going home for the day than solving our problem. They told us to bring it back tomorrow and maybe they could get someone tolook at it. My wife has MS and these accessories are needed for her to be able to drive the car and load/unload her wheel chair. Instead we took it to the dealer we bought the car from and they found that the power lines to these accessories had been disconnected and then re-connected backwards. They solved the problem in 10 minutes.

Been in this store 4 times over the last 2 years for tire repairs. Every time after I leave I end up having to go to another Big-O store because things just didn't feel right. Each time they inflated my tires to 45 pounds. After the first two time I went back and talk to the management about it. Which they agreed that was to much air and would past this info. on to there employees. But it continues to happen. Only go there because it's close to home and would not be able to make it to another store who gives just as good of service if not better. Avoid this store unless you have no other choice.

I called in first, so that I could be sure the tire I needed was in stock. And then I hired a tow truck to take the van to the store. The person taking the call got the make and model and year of the van. At the store, they determined that they could not sell me one tire. It had to be four. If they had warned me of this possibility before I allowed the tow truck to take the van there, I would have gladly gone elsewhere. However, I did not receive any such warning, and as a result I had to pay for two tow trucks. They didn't even look at the other tires to see if they were acceptable, they just followed their policy for the van's drive. I got angry because of having to pay for a useless tow, and for the time consumed that was very much needed elsewhere. As a result, the man behind the counter picked up the phone to call the police on me. So your performance was dismal, and that is putting it politely.
