Big O Tires

After failing to fulfill their end of a warranty issue, I purchased 4 new tires and wheels, albeit at a discounted rate, still, I had no choice, Kelli was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, but the shop took 3.5 hours to mount, balance and install said tires, and I left with mismatched lugs and no caps. I was told I would have the caps and lugs the following Wednesday, still nothing.

Amazing service and attention to detail! I have a very low, modified car. They took special care to not damage anything, the manager supervised and the other employees worked together, cleaned up the wheels and tires after as well. Very impressed with their work! I don't normally take my cars to regular tire places, cause of horrible experiences with burt Brothers, but I would definitely come here again. Everybody seemed very knowledgeable and took pride in their work. 10/10! Thanks guys you killed it!

I was made to come back three times. the price i had to pay was over the price that was quoted. I won't recomend this store to anyone.

I have brought two different cars here. When something has needed to be done the service and price has been excellent. This last time I was told by the dealer I needed new brakes, but I brought it in to you guys and you said they still have 55% left. I greatly appreciate your honesty and you will continue to have my service.

You can imagine my surprise when I receive the scrapes on the passenger front bumper and also my second surprise was when I was leaving town on I 80 and found my hood was not latched good thing nothing happened or you to have a lawsuit on your hands. And if it wasn't for your tech tightening my drain valve so tight I could've had a $25 oil change at Walmart instead you guys had to break it loose so that I could have a $45 oil change that I didn't want to pay for Sent from my iPhone

I go to the Murray location for all of my car needs, ever since I went there to get new tires a few years back, at a very reasonable price. They are trustworthy, honest and kind. I always feel like they are looking out for my best interest, not trying to upsell me to make a quick buck.

I came in just to fix a flat. They were not able to fix my flat but did put my spare on. However they broke the trunk on my car and it would not close when I left, it was not broken when I came in. They did not take responsibility for breaking my trunk and I can not drive around with my trunk flying up. Manager was very rude to me because he knew they were responsible and I had always come here to this location because the actual mechanics are great but after this last time leaving worse then I walked in I will never be back again. Find a different location, because they will not be careful with your car or take responsibility if something happens while in their care. Poor customer service and Now I have a new expense in addition to the tire replacement. Thanks BIG O TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoy using the Murray store. I feel they strive to be honest, and never try to over sell me. Because of this I choose them first for my car needs.

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired

I came in for a simple flat tire repair. I already had taken my tire off and was running on the spare doughnut tire. I was greeted at the car, sat down in the lounge and within 20 minutes it was fixed, changed and the spare tire put away for me. I've used Big-O for decades and have always been treated like a old friend with unexcelled customer service not to mention the best care my vehicles could have. Thanks again Big-O!

The shop has been great to me so far. I will continue doing business with them specially.

They have a very friendly staff. When I asked for a discount they gave it to me without hesitation and were willing to work with me to to bring the price down on a set of new tires. They care about their customers and I'll be back for my next set of tires.

I like how everyone treated me at the store. Also Danny was awesome to work with.
