I use Big-O at this location for all my auto service needs.They are chesper than the dealerships and do very good work.I have been quite satisfied.

I was greeted at the door by Elise as a walk in. I've been having issues with my old mechanic & she put me at ease & gave me advice on what she would recommend to help me. She was extremely detailed & gave me ideas of what I would want looked at. I ended up doing an oil change & my tires were rotated as well. I bought the tires months ago at this location & I'm impressed she remembered to help maintain them with a simple thing like rotation. I also appreciate a clean waiting room & bathroom. Thanks Elise, I'll be coming back to your store from now on!

The salesman (the store manager) knew exactly what I needed and was very friendly. I always buy my tires at Big-O and will continue to do so.

I believe the most important thing, for me personally, is the integrity of the folks in the office and the mechanic’s at this location. I have taken my automobiles to this particular Big O location for years, because I simply trust the people at this location, Russ in particular. They can fix anything and they’re honest. I don’t remember ever leaving there feeling that I should have went to another mechanic. They always take the time and do things the right way for a fair price. Russ even took the time, at the end of his shift, to quickly replace my mom’s windshield wiper blades when she drove me over to pick up my vehicle earlier this week.
