I took my motorhome in for a emissions and inspections and a low tire. My hubcap wad missing and he got on the phone and found one for me that I could go get!! Very helpful

What a team you have! I had sworn never to use Big O Tires for anything ever again after very poor service I received in another state. Well, one day I had an emergency and it happened that your store was my only option. Colton resurrected my faith in Big O. What fantastic customer service he showed. He took me from a feeling of -3 on the "Like Big O" scale to a +10. I have been going back routinely since. Well, this week my daughter in law was in town with my four grandchildren in tow. As she was about to leave town and head back to Arizona, we discovered that her breaks were shot. (Well, I'm not letting her and my 4 grandkids go anywhere with bad breaks.) This was at 3pm on Saturday afternoon. I live about 200 feet from another Big O store. My daughter in law was not able to make an appointment there because of the late hour. I told her to let me call "My" guy Colton. His store was 48 blocks away rather than across the street, but I had faith they would come through for us. I will admit that I got a bit nervous when the person on the phone said that Colton had the day off. But "Kelly" asked how she might be able to help. I explained the situation and told her where we were, and she said "Well, we are just getting ready to close for the day, but get here as fast as you can and we will see what we can do." Long story short, we arrived, they evaluated and then the whole team worked like an "Indy pit crew" and had new breaks installed all the way around in record time. In the meantime while Kelly was busy, Jeremy was fielding questions for me about tires I will need to purchase by summers end. He has me sold on a new design that will be excellent for my driving needs. Everyone I have met at this particular store location has shown the highest level of quality customer service. (And coming from me that evaluation does not come easy, having been a "Customer Service Trainer" for many years.) Kim Moss

I had a tire that was leaking air. I brought it in and they were able to fix it fast and get me back on the road. I have bought all of my tires here and will continue to do so because of the great customer service that I get.

I was pretty prepared with what I expected when getting my new tires. I paid more than planned but my car needed alignment after the tires were replaced. I was treated with respect and friendliness by the employees.

I've been using Big O exclusively since I tried this store. I used to be a Big O fan when I lived in Oregon, but the stores I tried in Salt Lake didn't measure up. The guys on State Street do, and how. They know how to work on cars, which is rare in itself. But they also have a sense of perspective. They knew when I came in for an oil change before a big Father's Day drive that I wouldn't be interested in having my brakes done unless it was an emergency. So they gave me a written report on the condition to remind me to have it done now that i'm back.

Needed new tires and a oil change before winter sets in, so I dropped by out of the blue and they got me taken care of and out of there in record time.

They were very desciptive of the process, friendly staff, clear expectation on price, and conveniently located. I've gone there before and because of the continued positive experiences, I plan to continue to return.

When we discussed the fact I would need new tires soon Colton the manager said Big O was coming out with a newer tire. He notified me as soon as they were in. The tires were all aligned and balanced. I have great confidence in their work.

My Murray location of Big O has earned my trust. They have the lowest prices around and I've checked. They never try and gouge me for stuff I don't need. (So far.)

Russel at this location was super helpful from choosing tires and scheduling appointment over the phone to the customer service at the actual location. He had checked and prepared the tires before my appointment to make sure things would go smoothly. I had given the wrong tire size though but Russel was still very helpful and was able to get me another set of tires of the right size. The whole experience, despite my mistake, was very smooth and friendly and professional

Big O is always there when I need them. From tires to brakes, struts and shocks, Big O always keeps my vehicles running smoothly. Colton is a professional guru in his trade and an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came in at 4:15pm on a Thursday and needed to get new tires and an oil change. Lots of people were in the lobby so I expected it to be a while, which I was fine with. They said it would be about 2 hours. Not even 45 minutes later they came over and gave me my keys. Absolutely amazing service!
