Big O Tires

I tend to buy throw away cars (i.e. cars that were very inexpensive and will only last me a couple of years at most). So I've been coming to this team for a few years now and relatively consistently. And I have yet to be disappointment by their service. Colton and crew are fast, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. And since I'm obviously a cheapskate, I tend to shop around for services and am always shocked at how much Big O Tires and this team give you for the money they charge. They can't be beat. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I was very happy with the service i received. I was told their was about an hour wait and about an hour to replace the belts on my car. I was offered a ride home and a pick-up when my car was ready and the cost was less than I had been quoted by other shops. Very good service by everyone and I will most definitely go back!!

I got a flat tire while washing my car at Rocket Car Wash. My tire got hooked up in the machine but the car wash people would not admit to it. There was damage to the sidewall causing it to flatten the tire. I called Big O and they told me to bring it in. I took my car in and left it to get the tire fixed. Unfortunately, the tire was not fixable and they were able to get me a new tire and on the road. The man who helped me was Russ Gibbons. He was very kind, and informative and helped write a note for me to discuss with the car wash the next day.

This was a service for a company vehicle. I called the store to ask for details about the service being performed and for a copy of the the invoice to be emailed to me. He was very courteous and helpful. He immediately sent me a copy of the invoice that I asked for. Very pleased with the quality of the service we received.

I recently purchased new tires from Big O Tires, which is the first time I've done business with Big O. Unfortunately, a tire started to lose air gradually, and then went entirely flat. I was anxious about bringing them in, concerned I'd have to pay for new tires or repair. Instead, the staff were very friendly and repaired my tire at no cost. The service was very fast, and my tire has been working great since.

No matter when I go into the store I get great service, they really try to get me in and out!!

Not a title I ever thought I would type. After all, who has ever had an actual "enjoyable and fun" experience buying tires and brakes? Well, I did at this location. Great prices, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I will definitely be back for any and all of my tire/brake needs.

Everything was made super easy from scheduling the appointment online to dropping my car off and picking it up when it was done. I also really appreciated all the information I received from Russ about my car and the different options I had moving forward. I fully believe he gave me the best advice and best tires for the best price and never once thought he was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars.
