Big O Tires

I bought some new tires from them about 6 months ago and haven't filled them up with air since, they were still full of air (I had to let some out, actually!)

I love coming here because I can rely and trust the work they do. I am always taken care of when I come here.

Amazing work on our box truck

My Chevy Cruze is fine tuned back to its original kick for take off. The car's alignment is great.

I had a battery light come on. B O T had recently installed a new alternator so battery was suspect. B O T confirmed the battery was the problem so new battery installed. Tough installation since battery is located under passenger seat. Elise, the B O T associate was great working me through the problem and solution.

Needed a replacement trailer tire. Was in and out in 20 min.

I've been taking all my cars to Big O for decades. Over the years I've worked with different employees and have always been given impeccable customer service. Ishmael is who I like to work with now. He knows my needs and accommodates my schedule. The work done on my car is always well done. I know Ishmael has my best interest in mind and what's needed to keep my cars safe and on the road.

Customer service was top notch. Everyone was so polite and friendly. They wasted no time in getting my oil changed and rotating my tires. They warned me that it’s a good time to get my transmission serviced soon and gave me a breakdown of what the cost would be, but didn’t pressure me into going through with the service that day, like I’ve experienced with other companies. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

The staff knows there stuff, quick service, and the pricing was awesome using there promotions.
