Great place friendly service

We have been going to Big - O in Kaysville forever and have never had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone needing help on a car or a quick oil change. Brad and crew are great.

Big O is awesome shop to get your vehicle maintenanced by. They will always take care of you in any situation. Great place!

No appointment, got me on alignment rack right away, price was what they said, mostly able to correct problem. Employee called and explained what extra services were need. Price was fair for camber kit installation.

These guys did a great job with fast service

I was in a pickle, as a tire picked up a screw right before I needed to head out of town. Store had a new tire on within 30 min.

Fast and efficient

Excellent service as always. If there is ever a fault, it is in underestimating the wait time when they are particularly busy. I'd always prefer to wait a few minutes longer than have a rush repair job. This entry states I had an oil change. I also had a Vehicle I/M service at the same time.

I have to admit, this shop seems to be a very well managed shop. They can usually get you in immediately. The small waiting area is comfortable and has a tv with interesting programing, and they offer free sodas. There is xfinity wifi in the area for comcast subscribers. I have had to return to address minor issues, but they have always made things right without any hassle.

The Kaysville Utah location is my store!! Brad and his team are the best. They take care of your vehicles every need and make sure it was done correctly. They go above and beyond. They give plenty of options and help narrow down what is best for YOU.
