Big O Tires

The service was pretty good but the customer service as far as being friendly was not so good

Needed replacement tires for my 2004 Corvette. Hard to find the tires in stock - but you had access to them at your warehouse. Will install in April when I take the vet our of storage for the winter.

Got me right in. The people are always accommodating.

They were prompt and very professional,and I especially trust them more than any other auto shops around my area. They have always been very honest with me.

I do not live in Utah and was just visiting so I would not recommend this specific location, only for that reason. The service was impeccable and my business was taken from Costco as they could not meet their timelines.

Is it standard operating procedure of Big O not to turn rear rotors when doing a brake job?

I have used this location to service all of my vehicles for years. The services needed and pricing are explained clearly in plain language I can understand. I feel like they are honest and fair and they treat me with respect. I highly recommend the Kaysville Big O.

There was no parking because of how busy the store was- that was challenging. Also, I wanted a certain tire and the website said they had it, but when I went in to get the tires put on my car, the store did not have them in stock so I had to get a different tire. The staff was very helpful and professional. Also, the tire change was done very quickly- especially considering how busy they were!

Knew it would be busy on a Saturday morning. Was taken care of right away but told to wait an hour for a flat repair, which I understand and accept. Tire needed to be replaced due to being driven on too long flat (kinda expected that since my wife had no idea how long she had been driving it that way). Decided on advice of service technician to replace two tires to keep tread wear equal. Service performed to my satisfaction. Was not asked if I wanted to keep the good tire, it just disappeared.

They are conveniently located to my house and I could just drop my car off and go exercise at VASA across the street and then come back and my car was all ready. The staff are very polite and efficient.

I had the brakes checked and the seal, and brake pads were replaced.

It was time for a rotation. The willingly took it in even though they were busy. The TPMS light was on, and the checked all the tires and found the spare was low. Great service.
