Big O Tires

I went in to have a tire checked because it looked low and ended up having to buy 4 new tires, which is frustrating but the service man was patient with my questions and explained the necessity of not being able to just replace the one. I also had an oil service and inspection/emissions done, so though I was there for most of the afternoon, I feel that I was treated fairly and with respect . The only thing that concerned me a little was that the new tires were quite dirty and my rims looked kind of scratched around the edges in a few places.

It Was amazing. I was in and out in less than 20 min.

Big O Tires of Kaysville was okay, but not too much to be excited about. I had to suggest to them what services I think I needed. This store could use improvement.

I always buy my tires at big O because I've had great service in the past. This time however is a different experience I came here to get emissions test and Oil change and when the service was done I got in my car after paying my steering wheel when I touched it I had grease all over my hands and on my center consul I really didn't want to get oil all over myself or else I would've done it myself you guys need to be more respectful of other people's vehicles they do cost a lot of money. When I looked at my receipt before I left I had noticed there was an extra charge for a spot on renewal for $10 I did not request this they asked me and I told them no I can go to the DMV myself but they charge me anyhow so I had to go back in and take more time out of my busy schedule so they could refund me. Not sure if I will be going back to Big O after years of buying tires there and getting my car serviced.

We have spent a good deal of money there on tires and heard on the radio that they were giving 2 free all day passes to Lagoon but when we called we were told because we didn't buy the Big O brand we couldn't get the free tickets thats ridiculous we always come to you guys for tires and we can't get 2 free Lagoon tickets for bringing our business to you. This is the Big O in Kaysville, Utah.

I scheduled an appointment online with the selected tires for my sons car. I called to verify my appointment at the Kaysville, UT store. The Service Advisor let me know that the tire i selected was not in stock as their website showed. So the Service advisor told me he could get the tires from the Ogden, UT store and have them there by the time my appointment started at 10:00 am. I showed up a few minutes early and by 10:15 - 10:20 the tires finally showed up. I waited for almost 2 hours for the tires to be mounted and balanced, I also noticed that some customers that came in after I was there with my car in the shop was getting done first. Another thing that really makes me upset is that either of the service advisors DID NOT come out the keep me informed on the status of my sons car.... I will not be back to get tires or any kind of service done at the Kaysville store....

I've been using Kaysville Big O for years. The guys have always taken good care of me & my family, even through changes in management.
