I had an appointment scheduled and was there on time. It took 90 minutes to put on two new tires. I saw people that had come in without an appointment and they were in and out quicker than I was. Perhaps it was someone new to placing tires. I understand it can take awhile but nobody would update me on the progress and perhaps why it was taking so long. The new tires were then placed on the back of the car My understanding is that you always want the newer tires on the front of the car. I was then told my alignment was off and that would take another 20-30 minutes if I wanted that done. However I needed to go as the appointment took so long. Perhaps if I go back I will receive the quoted $20 alignment check but dont know yet as I havent been back

They ruined my hubcap on the passenger front wheel, and didn't say a word about it. Other than that it was good served.

Best to drive 8 more minutes to a different Big-O location on Main St. in Layton. I was told this location doesn't honor services and warranties purchased at other locations because of the franchise (all other locations I've been to will). Also, they blame-shifted and discounted what I originally came in for. Overall it was made clear this location wasn't interested in servicing my car. The reason I chose Big-O is because any store (other than this one apparently) will fix alignment or tires purchased at any other Big-O

They gave us and charged my wife for full synthetic even though my car is spec'd for conventional without asking. Thanks for the upcharge.

Big-O tires has always treated me very fairly. I trust the Kaysville store and their macanics.

To Whom It May Concern, Im writing in regards to a service I recently had performed on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at your Kaysville, Utah, Big O Tires branch with the hopes of making sure this was a singular experience. The service requested was a routine synthetic oil change. My complaint is in regards to the events that occurred because of a free tire rotation and re-balance service that is included complimentary with any oil change. Upon payment of the synthetic oil change, I noticed on the yellow customer copy of the invoice that it included a free tire rotation and re-balance. I was concerned about this charge on the invoice because Big O does NOT warranty my vehicles tires nor service them in anyway. Also, the advertisement list of oil change services did not reflect this free service. And, I was never asked if I would like to have a complimentary tire rotation and re-balance. When asking the gentlemen who rang up my transaction about the tire rotation, he then informed me that this service was complimentary and free of charge because of my purchase of a synthetic oil change. In my previous experiences with oil changes at Big O, I have never received a free tire rotation and re-balance. I then asked the gentlemen to verify, if in fact, the tires had been rotated. He asked for my keys, before checking with the mechanic who performed the service, and promised that the tires would be back to the way they were. I declined to hand over my keys, asking first if the tires were rotated. And if so, I wanted a print out of HOW the tires were rotatedfront to back, or crossed. At that point, another gentlemen came over and explained that the tires were in fact NOT rotated even though my invoice lists that description with no price (fee). I only have the word of this gentlemen to prove that those tires werent rotated. As a tire company, you would understand the long term ramifications to this predicament. I thanked them and left. Upon entering my vehicle, I noticed that the windshield sticker from the company that services my tires was gone and that a new oil change/tire rotation sticker by Big O was in its place. Previously there had been two window schedule of services stickers: one from Big O for the oil changes and the other from the company warranting my tires care. I then walked back into the store to complain about the window sticker showing my vehicles new tire rotation service and the fact that they threw the other companies sticker away. I tried reminding them that they do NOT warranty my vehicles tires and shouldnt be removing another companies schedule of maintenance information without my permission, because this leads me to believe that the tires were in fact rotated. Also, my new window sticker schedule of maintenance for the oil change reflected a 3,000 mile oil change needed when in fact synthetic oil changes can go 5,000+ miles depending upon the vehicles age and miles driven within a year. The gentlemen who had previously helped me apologized to any inconveniences. Incredibly frustrating! I hope that in the future there be better communication in these tasks, not just assumptions, between the man assisting the customer at the front desk to the man working under the hood of your vehicle. Please have the customer service reps at the front counter verify with their customer(s) what services will in fact be preformed on their vehicle. Check and double check. And please do not have the garage technicians remove or replace any window decals from competing companies unless Big O is warranting that work (tires, brakes, etc.) on the vehicle.

I have been going to Big O for awhile now and the team is great. They always tell me the approximate wait time and is always done in that time frame or sooner.

Bought four tires for my Nissan Armada. Two rear tires required weekly re-inflation. I went in for a tire rotation and told them about the tires and they said they would fix them. As I drove away my tire pressure light came on. I called when I got home and they said it would go off. It never did regardless of how much pressure I put in my tires. Now my front tires (same two tires) are still requiring weekly air and my tire pressure sensors are still messed up.

It was great and everyone was helpful and friendly but now my low tire pressure light wont go off and my car is randomly losing power while im driving. I dont know how that could be related but it only started after taking it in

The associate informed me of a special I was unaware of and got me into a much better set of tires than what I had intended on purchasing for roughly the same price. That’s going above and beyond, in my opinion.

We had 7 cars in our family being taken care of a couple years ago by Big O in Kaysville. Now there are only 2 because the owner and employees are ornery and rude to us so we go to les Schwann and bury Bros. Every time we'd take a car in for inspection and emissions, something would mysteriously break within 48 hours so we don't go much anymore.

They were very nice over the phone, they had a lot of options of tires that other places just couldn’t get or didn’t have.

I know the owner and most of the employees behind the counter, besides the manager and the co manager knows your name and your family, and will if not really busy will talk with you about other subjects of interest.
