I had Big O install 4 snow tires and save the tires that I replaced so I can reinstall them in the spring. I was billed for the tire disposal fee. When I called to get the fee removed from my account I was told that I had to bring my credit card to the store for a refund because they weren't able to credit my account without it. I explained that I didn't have my card yet, that I had applied for the card on the same day I ordered the service and the card hadn't been sent yet, and that they were able to charge my card for the tires without physically having the card. Basically I was told I was SOL for now and to bring the card in when I received it in the mail. The person I spoke with on the phone (not Joel, he was off that day but did a great job helping me earlier) ended the conversation with a sarcastic, "Have a nice day..." This is unacceptable customer service. It is out of my way to drive to the store.

I had 4 new tires put on. 2 weeks later my rear left tire exploded on the freeway. They fixed it for no charge, but changing a tire in the snow on the side of the freeway is no Bueno

We have been a customer of Big O for years. We just don't feel like they value the customer like they used to. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I came in on July 27th at 10:00 am for my appointment for a tire alignment and rotation. Dropped off my car and went shopping while I waited. Got a call at 10:30 am from Parker, and he was great! He let me know that my tires were pretty bare and needed to be replaced, so I told him I'd be back in about 10 minutes to look at tire options. When I went back, the person at the front desk couldn't help me, so I had to wait for Brad to get off the phone. When I could finally talk to him about my car, he was unable to answer my questions. They brought me one of my tires that was bare and when I asked if it was one of my tires from the front or back, he told me it was from the front.. There was a bit of confusion because I was trying to figure out if he meant front tire before the tire rotation or AFTER the tire rotation. Because I bought my front tires from Big O'tires in North Ogden a little over half a year ago, and my back tires are from Les Schwab. Brad was very impatient with me when I still had questions and wanted to look at more tire options, he just left and went back to the computer.. I was still standing at the front desk with questions, but Brad said "okay thanks, you can go to the waiting area now." It was extremely rude and I felt like my time as a customer was not valued. I had to wait for another hour to just get a tire alignment that I had an appointment for, I brought my car in a bit before 10:00 am and I didn't get it back until 12:00 pm. When I went up to pay, Parker greeted me and explained my options to me. He was very kind and could tell that I was upset. He put a $10 coupon on my purchase which is the only reason why I'm not giving this store a 1 star review.

Parker knew why my car sounded so loud while driving. It ended up being a big job, but they did it and my car drives better.

Don't use this company they'll not listen to your request and install what they want without checking with you. They don't know what customer service is. Go to les schwab

Parker is great. He know my cars and what condition they are in. He suggests plans for me to consider based on what we have planed for the vehicle, how long we plan on having it and our budget.

I miss being a customer of Big O in Kaysville. Last May I brought my car in and you serviced my tires...and someone also stole items out of my vehicle. I have since told other family members and friends about this and they have not come in to Big O to out fit their vehicles with tires because of what I have told them. I hope the $150.00 worth of items stolen was worth the business that has been lost. I am disappointed that the manager or owner did not address my concerns at the time.

I will never take my car here again. Even though I bought several hundred dollars worth of tires from here, my last two visits were horrible and despite reaching out to the manager, I wasn't even giving the courtesy of a follow up. After the first time I went in for an oil change, which resulted in several other charges including a new battery, I left on a road trip only to find that they had somehow unhooked my headlight, and obviously hadn't checked to ensure it was done properly before I left. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I went back for my next oil change, asked them to fix the headlight and replace a brake light bulb. At the end of that visit, after waiting two hours, again with double the amount because I "needed" other things, I found they replaced 7 other bulbs but not the brake light that I had requested. I used the contact us link on the website, which wasn't even the appropriate email address, I had to call the shop to get the right email address for the manager. After sharing my concern, I got a response to say they would look in to it and never heard back. When I realized that he did not think I even deserved a follow up after that (I wasn't asking for anything other than an acknowledgement of the problem), I decided they would no longer give them my business. I'll drive to Ogden instead.

We keep going back to Big O because that's where we purchased the tires on our car.Each time we go, we wait triple the amount of time they told us to expect.My husband spent over two hours at the Kaysville, UT location on Monday, when he had been told it would be 45 minutes to rotate the tires and do an oil change.His time was completely wasted.We will not be returning to Big O in the future.

I asked for balanced tires and when I left, they were jittery. I asked for a check of the tire pressure and when I checked them the next day, each tire was at a different pressure. I waited in the waiting room for my car to get serviced. When it was done, they didn't come to tell me even though they knew I was there.

Funny when you leave these guys a poor review they don't show those!! Have had an extremely poor experience at Big O in Kaysville Utah. This facility does not follow the "Total customer satisfaction"� that Big O states they do. Can not fix a simple flat!! Told me I had a bad valve and they replaced valve. Tire still losing air next day and went back to have checked. Was not upset or angry in any way but long story short.... just telling one of their guys who says "you don't want me working on your truck"� and my response was "your wearing a Big O shirt"� well folks apparently if you tell them that, they tell you to leave and don't come back!!! What??? Is it unreasonable or unrealistic to think that if your wearing a Big O shirt and working behind the Big O counter that you can at least fix a flat tire? Guess not. I'm sure this review will never be posted! Why should it? It's truthful but rates them poorly. I'll just continue to tell anyone I can not to go to Big O period!!! Well took tire in to another place and low and behold they found a hole in tire that they plugged!! Problem fixed, wasn't a valve stem after all. Should have been fixed the first time and we wouldn't be having a problem!!!!
