When doing an inspection on our van, the mechanic pounded off the brake drum of a rear brake and neglected to line up the brake pads when putting it back together. This caused the brake pads to bang on the brake cylinder and caused it to burst, putting my family at risk. This should is a simple thing any mechanic should know.

Service was great and Brad ensured our van got fixed in a timely manner. Also, when I came back to get something adjusted because of a rattling noise, they fixed it right away. Brad also explained the problems and what they did to fix it.

We brought our vehicle in for an alignment. When we came back we came back to a dead battery, with our alignment worst, a bent tire rod, and our brakes and rotors now need work. This is within a week after our service. We should have just let it be or taken it somewhere else. If you come here be prepared to be mugged.

This is a company that has no sense of customer service. I bought tires from them and asked for a certain size, the wheels and tires were installed and they told me it was what I asked for when I mentioned they looked small. We took the truck home and it sat for a while I couldn't get over how small they looked so I measured and found they were an inch and a half smaller than what I had asked for. I brought this to their attention and after calling them several times to follow up(because they never called back when they said they would) I was told because the time that passed I would have to sell them on ksl and they would install the tires I wanted at their cost. The funny thing is their cost was more than 2 other companies that bid out the same tires including installation with no discounts. I should have gone to les schwab I would have never had this problem. For your sanity please ignore the reviews on this web site and check them out on the web. They will tell you the same thing I have. Avoid them at all costs!

I am very satisfied with the service. I have 3 vehicles, all 3 were serviced in this location. Every time the work was done in timely manner and to my satisfaction. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought new tires for one of my vehicles in this location and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am a very happy customer.

I purchased Big O tires for their service behind the brand. Had a tire losing air and came in to have them check. Said they fixed the problem. Next day tire losing air again! Came into the Kaysville location to see about getting looked at again. 2 customers in lobby 4 guys behind the counter and I'm told it will be at least 45 minutes. Told them today I didn't have that time and felt that since I was infatuated before and waited almost 2 hours for first visit I didn't have the time to wait. They acted very busy and I said you have 4 guys behind the counter. One guy says you don't want me to work on it! I said your wearing a Big O shirt. At that point that individual kicked me out of their building and said never come back!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! I've purchased several sets of tires, had them do my oil services, etc. I would understand if I became belligerent but I did not. It's obvious they do not care for customer service and I will never ever refer the Kaysville, Utah location to anyone ever again or continue my business with Big O. My reason to be quick today is that I am a hospice nurse and did not have much time to wait as I attempted to explain and I was wearing my scrub uniform and they could tell I was a nursing professional. My patients and families are very important to me and I do not wish to ever disappoint them. So I'm off to see my patients hoping god is with me as I have a bad tire that Big O cloud not help me with. Yes I was expecting better service as I had been in the day before and problem was not fixed.

My 80 year old mother bought 4 new tires in November. she began hearing noises from the front wheel well. After some examination we found they put the wrong size tire on her car. The response from staff was to stonewall and claim they did nothing wrong. The worst customer service I have experienced. They were rude, condescending, and only begrudging agreed to vaguely "take a look". Which ment to park me in waiting area and then blame the problem on the driver. Unbelievable. Do not waste your time and money on this company. Dishonest, terrible attitude, rude, they would not correct.

Posting this is an absolute LAST resort. I've done everything I can but they won't budge on charging me for a new engine, when I was told the almost $1900 repair on a flex plate would fix the car. So I pulled the trigger, with hesitancy. At this point, I'm down $1800 with a car that won't run. I didn't realize I was paying for their research. The mighty retail machine will always have their foot on the little man's neck. After 14 years and six cars, I have no choice but to take my future business somewhere else. When it's fair weather, everyone's happy, but when things go south, they really go south hard...

I purchased a set of 4 new tires and had my oil changed on 10/3/2016 after work. I noticed later that night that one of my rims was damaged. I take very good care of my vehicle and pay attention to where I drive and park. I took my vehicle in the next day to see if the damage may have occurred during the installation. process. I approached the same sales person and asked if he would look at my rim. He did and assured me that there was no way that Big O could have done this damage because of the equipment they use does not damage rims. He indicated that the damage came from scraping or rubbing on a curb. I disagreed and said this does not look like the rim was rubbed against a curb. These are low profile tires and rims, the scrape would be higher on the rim. I said, it looks to me like something dug into the rim. I asked if anyone else had complained. He summoned the manager. The manger took a look and indicated the same thing. He showed me the machine and said there is no way this machine can damage a rim. I asked if something may have gotten caught between the machine and rim. They both became defensive and told me, I was crazy and delusional and walked off. All, I asked was a simple question. I have seen what scrapping against a curb can do to a rim and this is no scrape. See attached photos and decide for yourself. Not a happy Big O customer. Was treated poorly and with little respect. Been a customer for me year years. I live about 20 miles away. There are many places near me that I could go to, but prefer to go where they are friendly and call me by name. Great Customer service.

Showed up about 9:30am for a flat repair. At about 10:45 I was informed it was a bad valve stem (which was supposedly replaced about one year ago with the tires) they said it would cost $10. Ok... twenty minutes later I was informed that because there was some bad rubber on the tpms sensor they would have to throw out the bad sensor and use a rubber valve stem but was assured the tire would still be balanced. At 11:30 I see my key in the counter, wait for employee to come in and let me take my truck, get in the freeway and it feels like i have square tires! Way to balance them. Won't be returning to this store.

I am incredibly amazed that you want my experience I arrived, you did a front end algnment got some new tires. The car shook at higher rpm before and after you did the alignment. took the car to a reputable mechanic..... they fixed the problem. goodbye Big O
