So I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I bought 2 back tires for my Infinity not quite a year ago in May 2016. I just took it last month, to get 2 new front tires. When I got the car home my husband said why did they put the new tires on the back? I told him they said they rotated them. We didn't look too closely at them since it is a busy time etc. I did think the front tires looked a little more worn than they should have. I should have looked closer. So my husband drives it yesterday and says those front tires are bald and have to be replaced! I told him I just replaced them less than a year ago. Called Big-O and they said yes it has been less than a year but I didn't rotate them so even though they only had 130000 miles and the warranty is for 50,0000 they can't help me! I was frustrated! I couldn't believe the tires went bad so quickly. So I took it to another tire place. Told the guy when he was looking at the size tires how frustrated I was that they didn't last more than a year. He said, "well, these tires are from 2011." I can't believe they were replaced a year ago. You don't keep tires sitting on the shelf for that long. So then I realize.. they replaced the wrong tires when I took it in! In stead of replacing the front OLD tires like I asked, they had replaced my less than a year old tires on the back! When I brought it back, and I finally got the guy to admit it there was no real apology. Just ... "well, I can give you some new tires at cost." I asked if they would throw in an alignment for free and he said no even though that is just labor. 2 new tires are not in the budget right now. He didn't even prorate them, just cost. He says he remembers that my back tires had some wear on the back. Out of all the tires they change how could he remember that from 3-4 weeks ago? How do I know that? Maybe I should have noticed they weren't new tires right away but shouldn't I be able to trust that is what happend since I paid for it? The point is, you messed up and I am having to pay for it?! Not only that but when I took it in to have the tires replaced, the quote the guy gave me was $15 more each tire than what he said on the phone. He waited to tell me that AFTER they installed them. I wasn't too worked up about it except because it wasn't that much difference and mistakes happened but it was irritating that he was there when I brought it in and he could have told me before. NOT HAPPY!

Extra services were continuously pushed on to me, even after several refusals they still tried including an extra service in my final quote. Speaking of quotes, it took several requests for them to email me a quote so I can see the prices listed out. My first several requests were met with several different numbers thrown out at me, all at once, and included, yet again, a service or two that I had already declined. As a kicker, when I went to pick up my car, they printed out information on the several services that I declined and made another 3-5 minute pitch before finally giving me my keys. They fixed my car just fine but were a hassle to deal with. *Update: Today, two days after receiving my car, the same issue returned and caused my car to turn off. Now I will be forced to take my car in AGAIN early tomorrow morning and pay another store to fix this mistake. Just to clarify, I have no problem paying to fix my car, $800 sucks to dish out but I understand cars sometimes need to be fixed. BUT, paying $800 for my issue to not get fixed is unacceptable. The only reason I will be returning to a different Big O Tires store is so the company has an opportunity to fix this. If not, I would never go to another Big O store again.

I was able to drop off my car and let the service representative know what I would like performed on my car in a very timely manner. They called me when the car was done and when I picked it up they showed me how the alignment turned out. Wonderful service and the car drives great.

I was sold tires that didn't cover the entire side of my rims. Very frustrating and waste of money. They made me pay for the replacement tires as well, with only a slight discount. I ended up spending $2k instead of $1. Frustrating.

Parker is always professional and very friendly. I have been using their service for many years, I also love that I have a credit card with them so that I can get my tires on time payments

Last rotation I had done before this one in S. Ogden employee dint tightenmy stem caps fully so they fell off. I bought some after market metal caps, (BAD IDEA) They end up seizing to the stem threads so before knowing this my car was done I got in an noticed lowtire pressure light still on so I walked back in explained the counter guy. He had know idea what was going on very unprofessional.. my pressure was low because the caps would not twist off. So with out telling me they sent me on my way

Had problem with shaking when accelerating. they diagnosed and found the problem and replaced the part. They took the time to see that the part had been replaced in the recent past and still under warranty. no charge for the service and replacement. Thanks! that is exactly what i have come to expect from this location.

Quick service on a Saturday, including brake pads. They didn't try to upsell me on anything either, which is nice. The text message asking for clarification was nice too

We have been going to this Big O Tires for a few years. We have not found another place that services better than Big O. The staff is amazing, and they are always very honest with us. We love our repair shop!!
