Big O Tires

1. We were told we needed a new radiator, but they found that it was a bad water pump instead, and saved us about half the price. We really appreciate their honesty in this instance. 2. We got both our cars inspected and licensed at the same time. Fast and efficient service!

They always take care of my vehicles and don’t try to screw me over. I know o can trust them. Brad is the best!

I called and told them the tires I wanted. They told me the time they would have them there. I showed up at that time and they installed the tires. No pressure to buy anything else, just did what I asked.

On 3 April I brought my 94 Ford Ranger truck in for servicing. Brad Butler greeted me and helped address my concerns. I had my yearly emissions test completed, and went for a new set of tires. There were some other safety items that were completed. I was able to pick up my truck later the same day. Brad was very helpful and went the extra mile. Efren appeared to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The car tires were replaced quickly and for the short amount of time we have been driving on the new tires they are performing well. Very satisfied so far!

I gave been coming here for years. Their professionalism and they're willingness to help me no matter what my need is keeps me coming back over and over.

I dropped by for an oil change Friday afternoon and was quickly fit in the schedule. They did a great job and identified several issues needing attention with the truck so I know they were thorough in the work and actually checking things. The help at the front desk was great, friendly like always, and knowledgable.

Brad spent a couple weeks trying to find the tires that would fit my tractor. He followed up when he found them and promptly ordered. He was polite and helpful.
