Friendly and helpful. We take our vehicles here regularly.

I was able to schedule my appointment online and got in next day. The tires I wanted were available and on sale which was nice. Everyone was super friendly and they communicated when to expect my car to be done and then when it was complete. It was quicker than I thought and cheaper as they did not have to do the alignment. I’m glad they were honest that my car didn’t need it instead of trying to upsell me.

They do a great job for me and my high milage cars and truck.

Again Big O saved me $1200 dollars. Another shop told me that I needed $1700 dollars of work on my truck, but Big O showed me that they were trying to rip me off, and what they were telling me was not true. Thanks Big O for helping me again.
