I had a flat tire on the free way and got towed to big o. I was able to make an appointment for to get new tires on my vehicle and they called me first thing in the morning to confirm everything with me. They kept me updated during the process and I had an overall great experience

Wow!!! We are rather SHOCKED at the negative reviews we have read. We have been going to Kaysville BIG O TIRES for fifteen years and have NEVER been dissatisfied. We have five vehicles and each one of them had the very best love and attention given to them. We have never had any problems with the service or professionalism at this location. We are planning on moving to Salt Lake City, but will bring our vehicles here to be serviced. So will our son. When you find quality and professionalism like this... why go anywhere else??
