It never fails, every time I go into the Kaysville location, Brad and his team greet you by name, even before you get to the desk. By appt or walk-in, they get you in and out as fast as they can, with complete trust they took care of my needs to make my car safe and drivable again. I always refer to this location, because of Brad and his team. Regardless of the drive, it’s worth it!

I've been dealing with this location for years now. Bought many tires and had cars inspected and repaired. Always courteous, efficient, with good prices. Just had the sway bar links replaced on my 1996 4-runner. Those that were on the car had been replaced by Big O Kaysville before. They bought a better brand for me this time and didn't charge labor. I trust this store.

Brad and Efron at the front desk are AWESOME! They are so friendly and easy to talk to. They always explain the situation with my car and give me personal opinion on what I should do when I'm not sure on how to proceed with a repair.

This is the only store that I use due to their expertise and friendliness. I have a truck and two car's, and they are the only ones that I let touch them weather it is an oil change or major mechanical. I highly recommend them.

Mom and I have used this particular location since 2003 when we lived in Kaysville. We have continued to use it even after moving North. Everyone treats us with respect and is willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issues. At rate is growing, location needs more parking. That's not a bad thing.

Had nail in tire went in knowing it needed to be fixed and thought I may need four new tires. Joel looked at everything told me I didn't need four tires only two. New tires on, tire fixed all in less than thirty minutes. Joel was honest and so nice, because of him.Ill never go anywhere else! Thanks Joel!!!!
