I had taken my car to 2 other 'factory trained' mechanics who couldn't find a problem except that I was leaking steering fluid. The guys at BigO found the problem and found a solution. I was on vacation at the time and they worked with me to keep me on schedule. Very appreciated.

I have been going to Big O for about 6 years for tires, brakes, and the odd service here and there.I went in this last Saturday to get some new tires for my Honda Pilot.After about an hour, the person helping me told me that my front alignment looked good, but that the camber on my rear passenger wheel was out of spec.He told me that there was no adjustment and that they'd have to install an aftermarket part in order to adjust it.The added expense would be approximately $200.I told them to go ahead with the fix.About 15 minutes later he came back and said that they had found a bolt that would allow them to adjust the camber, so the added expense was unnecessary.I was impressed.They could have easily performed the unnecessary service and I would never have known, but they were honest.I really appreciate it!The tires are running great, too!

Easy to do business with and the service was great. Completed in a timely fashion and everything was taken care of the way I wanted it to be.
