Excellent Service!!!

I had called and talked to Tony Colton a day ahead of time about some trailer tires and he had them at a great price. We pulled into Big O and there were a lot of cars there, but when I talked to Tony, he had the tires ready for me, had me pull the trailer in front of one of the service doors, and almost before I could finish paying for the tires they were on the trailer and we were on our way. We made it to the crushed rock just 5 minutes before they were to close and I had already written off that possibility. But thanks to Tony and the outstanding crew at this location Big O made it happen. Thank you very much for the top notch service!!!

These guys are always extremely helpful, but this time they really went above and beyond. I had some concerns about my brakes and Bryan Gutierez was so helpful and friendly, he even showed me the pads and the rotors and made some very excellent recommendations. I will definitely return! I'm buying all my tires from here from now on.

I needed 2 of 3 brake lights replaced. I went into Big O, and was helped right away.

Austin was friendly, knowledge, easy going, and made it easy to decided on tires for my vehicle. Had tires in stock, I dropped in and they were able to take care of me right away. Price was high and there were no promotions for the tires I got.

I have been coming to this location for years now. Service has always been great and the counter guys remember my Vehicles what's been done and offer options. Never with any pressure! I truly Trust the guys at this Shop I Send all my Friends and Family there knowing they will be taken care of by Sean & Tony

We continue to return to this Big O location because they can take care of almost all of our auto service needs. Reasonable prices, people I trust, no long waits. I hate being held captive to get my car back. This time it was safety inspection, emissions testing, and replacing a third brake light.

I thought they were honest in conveying my tires condition

The oil pan on our 13 year old Hyundai sprung a leak. Replacing the oil pan including labor would have been over $400. Tony at Big O was able to repair the leak for only $50.
