Austin was very helpful and did not try to get me to buy other services that I did not need. Came in dropped my car off and left. I was called back and had an easy checkout and left with my car.

I went in to get my flat tire fixed, turned out I needed a new tire rim but, they looked up to find some used ones in the Valley and found one and then had it sent over for me. Which was really great.

This was my first time going to Big O and I can honestly say that it was very easy and I was very satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend to any family or friends to go there and get any service done. Thank you!

I love this Big O store in Taylorsville. Tony is the best. He always remembers my name when I walk in. Great service at fair prices. I take my car in there any time I need service. Great service, knowledgeable about their products and quick in and quick out.

They did the test they we're able to get it all done especially since need my care this week for family medical emergency. Wait was a little long because didn't know till about the end that one of the pieces needed was defective so they had to get a new one

I went in with a really bad flat and discovered that I needed new tires. They worked with me to get what I could afford and made the whole experience a lot easier than I expected.

I was told my vehicle was too new to need winterizing, they topped off the fluid levels.

They got my trucks altanator done pretty fast. This is the only place I trust to bring my cars..

My appointment was at 1pm and they were about an hour and 1/2 behind but I didn't need my car right away so it wasn't a huge deal

I have used Big O for more than 10 years now. They have always treated me with respect and as one of the family. Because they treat me as if they truly care, I will keep coming back. This last visit was no exception! They could have just said it would be an hour wait but, instead they suggested I come back in a couple of hours and penciled me in as an appointment. I was able to get my other errands done, which saved me a lot of time! Love them!

Gave them my keys and left with my problem completely gone, they even put air in my tires really helped with the stress of dealing with a flat tire

They did great work on the alignment and wheel balancing. I haven't had that good of an alignment done by any shop in a while and they did it in a timely manner
