I love that Big O keeps track of the services my car has received. Some companies use that to upsell me on adding additional services to my bill, but Big O uses it to help me maintain my vehicle.

Because they do what they say they're going to do. Everything is up front, no surprises and the staff are respectful and helpful.

I came for a routine tire rotation and they discovered a problem with my breaks. They fixed the problem within an hour and set my two-year-old up with cartoons and coloring books. Great service as always.

Shopped around for shops to install a leveling kit on my 09 Ford F150 4x4. Was very disappointed with the bids I was getting. So I thought I would call Big O tires. Called Friday around 2pm and they had my truck done by 4:30. Leveling kit and alignment well below other bids.
