I was told of the need for service after a tire rotation. I was quoted the price for service at that time, but due to the length of time to do the service was not able to do it then. Called in to verify how busy the location was and was able to get in on the day that was convenient for me. They offered the courtesy shuttle and it was helpful to limit the time I needed to wait in the waiting room. Service was completed professionally and in a timely manner

Close my home and great service. Patient with a deaf person. I feel the service is honest. I was in Discount tires was so-so then Costco tires was not great. Big O Tires, in my opinion, is the best.
