Fast service. I was told they would put the new tire on the back, so to match the other new tire I had to buy a few months ago, well they didn't

I feel like they are honest and true without trying to sale me something I don’t need.

This was my first time at Big-O from being a long time Firestone customer. I was pleased with the minor repair work and cost. Hope to make the switch to Big-O for future needs.

Friendly, competent and trustworthy service.

Had an issue with the blower motor, thought it was fixed, went leave and it still wasn't working, they took it back in and hopefully the problem was corrected.

Tire rotation was always included in oil change at this location, without having to ask specifically for tire rotation; I thought it was an industry standard, until today.

Sean was very friendly on the phone and very friendly when I came into the store. I did have an appointment when I came to the store. They got my new tires on my car quickly and the care is running great. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from this store. They are my "go to" store for anything to do with tires!

I called ahead to see what tires were in stock, (i was recommended a perfect set for my needs) i was told by tony he could have any tire ready for me that i needed I've been to this location and recommended it to all my friends and family. i will continue to do business here and continue to recommend tony and his team to everyone i know, keep up the great work guys im a customer for life

Not the best tire store I have ever visited. I had an 8 am appointment. I was 5 minutes early. I drove away in my car at 8:25 am. Not too bad for a tire rotation. The car bounced down the road like a truck. I checked the tire air pressure a day later. All 4 tires were at 45 lbs. Tires on my 2010 Camry should be at 34 lbs. I was not impressed by the service in the garage.

Price on oil change is ridiculously high! $37 for a standard oil change is too much!

The employees helped me quickly, gave me a time frame, and even got the oil change and tire rotation done early. They are always friendly when I come in and know me by name.

The owner of this store or as he claims he was, has no right dealing with the public, I went in an ask for a rotation and a balance, I was told 45 minutes. As I proceed to check on my truck after 45 minutes I noticed the rev just rotating the tires. So I proceeded to ask about balancing the tires and the man claiming to be the owner was freaking out saying they don't have time to balance truck tires and it is not part of the service when you buy tire from them. I have never been to this location and stopped in just out of convince at the time. After I questioned him about balancing tires he flipped out and told me to get out of his store and just started using profanity like he was on drugs or something! I previously was a tire center manager for 20 years so I do understand a few things about properly taking care of tires. This store is run down using 20 year old equipment and is run by a bunch of thugs, techs squeal Torres pulling customers cars in and out of parking stalls, this place is terrible and would not recommend anyone ever going there especially with a discount tire and a les Schwab tire less then a mile away on the same street. The Big O I Sandy Utah where I purchased my tires are very professional and hire great people and take care of there store. This store owner in kearns has a lot to learn I wouldn't imagine he we be in business to long!

Great customer service and assistance

Six week ago .they did front alignment guaranteed for 3 years. so we went back in to get new tires I asked to check my alignment I was told that needed a thousand dollars front end work. That they could not aligned it.. so I asked how was it just six weeks prior its was to be able aligned now it cant be how did the front go bad in less the six weeks

Blew out my tire. Staff helped get the tire to Utah faster then expected and researched my warranty saving me a boat load of money

My daughter took her Truck here because it was making horrible brake noises. After they did their inspection, they quoted her about $1700 for all 4 tires and whole new brake system. My husband is a mechanic, our daughter called us and told us what they said. After her dad inspected there truck, he was able to replace just the brakes pads, it didn't need a whole new brake system. Everything was very new still, but it did need pads. It cost a total of $50 for the cost repair. If it had not of been our daughter has mechanics in her family, this outfit would have taken complete advantage of them. This whole world has gotten so expensive on everything, and everyone is trying to make ends meet. But when you have dishonest companies as this one, Just makes things harder. I'm writing this review to let people know to not take the first quote for anything, ALWAYS get a second opinion. Or make real good friends with mechanics LOL.. Shame on you BIG O Tires for being so dishonest.

I went to about 3 other companies to get my registration for my car. But every time I walk into the facility they weren't wearing mask like they suppose to. I saw customers wearing mask while waiting on their vehicles but not the employees. So I called Big O and ask if their employees wear mask while servicing the car and they implied yes. So I went there and got my registration for my car and left satisfied with their service. Great Job for wearing your mask while you worked on my car.
