Big O Tires

Had 4 new tires put on paid for insurance, A week later problems came up the tires will not keep air pressure( big o euro tour)

Friendly service, and they even remembered my name. They serviced my truck in a timely manner, and even gave me discounts on a new battery and the installation. Very pleased with my visit.

Walk in appointment, they got me in and out very fast without an appointment. They were a little busy when I walked in but both employees greeted me as I walked through the door. Gave me a price quote and time frame of when my truck would be finished and they were done before that. Very happy over all!

My front brakes that I asked them to check when I got my tires rotated and they said I had 50 % left on them

It was unlikely that the vehicle was finished the same day. They set that expectation and when they were able to finish the same day, it was a pleasant surprise.

I didn't even want to give the one star but you are forced to. I went in the office and stood there for over 30 minutes while one .customer service rep and I call him that sarcasticly because I received no service. He wasn't on the phone or helping someone else all he did was procrastinate to the point that I decided to leave and go down the street to discount tire where I was greeted immediately and given assistance within 5 minutes even though one guy was helping everyone who walkin all on his own compared to the two guys who couldn't help me at your store. Thanks great service I will never use big o again.

Just got an oil change. Tech was nice enough to let me know I need two new front tires
