Looked on-line for BIG O Tires--selected the tires I wanted for my car--went to the BIG O Tire store--greeted by courteous customer service rep--identified tires I wanted to purchase--had tires in no time-did not want them mounted only to purchase--service rep loaded tires into my truck and I was on my way. total time in store less than 15 minutes.

I went to three other tire shops on the same road, and Bigos greeted me with a smile and understood the situation I was in and made it happen

Although you didn't have the tire I came in for, your attendant was willing to go get them for me. I was a little short on time so I opted to go with a little better tire. The price was still very reasonable. I was told my vehicle would be done in 20 minutes. I though "yeah, right"�, but I was proven wrong. I was in and out in 25 minutes. You guys are awesome!

I went through them last week to get tires, general maintenance and my brakes changed. I have been going through them since last summer. They replaced my alternator. They have continued to be very friendly, do excellent work and are extremely communicative with me. I will continue to have my vehicle taken care of with the guys at the BIG O on 3725 West 5400 South, Kearns, UT.

Went in for a tire repair twice. Both times they had me in and out in less Than 15 minutes, and the didn’t charge me either time!! Great service and people. Will be back to buy tires.
