Big O Tires

Austin was great about helping me with tire selection & knowledgeable about what would best fit my needs.

Bryann Guitierrez has helped me several times when I've come in before. He's very professional and a great representative of Big O. The manager does well fitting me when I don't have an appointment. Quality and fast. Me like.

I went to Big O to get a certain set of tires, they were out of stock. They gave me a better set higher rated (50,000 vs 40.000) set for the same price. I watched as they worked with each person that came into the store and they made sure that everyone was taken care of best to their ability. I will go there again when I need tire service, because of the way they do business.

I've been going to this Big O for 20 plus years. I have always gotten excellent service from Tony and Sean. I purchase all my tires for all my vehicles.

I had a flat tire the other day and another tire shop helped me out but told me my tire was not able to get fixed and that I would need all 4 new tires. I did something shopping around and called almost every tire shop in the valley I found that Big O in Kearns was the best priced for one of their better tires it priced a few hundred less than the competitors "good" tire. Not only was Big O trustworthy, they were able to fix my tire and I didn't need to get brand new tires but when the time comes I will definitely be back for a new set. They have gained a new customer for life. thank you!

Didn't have to wait very long. The associates were friendly and personable. They clearly explain what needs to be done and are never pushy.

Sean has always been honest with me doesn't push to fix things that can hold off he is aware I am budget conscious. They have always been more than fair with their pricing and even cut me a break often. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else

They were quick getting my vehicle in to put my new tires on, even though they were extremely busy. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with people coming and going the entire there.

Very helpful with what I needed! Originally came in for tires and breaks but didn't need the breaks after all. So instead did an oil change! Everyone was very quick and helpful! Though I waited a while because they didn't have enough of my tire in stock they made sure to let me know why was going on and how much longer it should take! I appreciate the honesty shown! I will be back again next time I need anything done to my vehicles!

They didnt have the tires i wanted..but they cut me a deal on some better tires for my car.

Very friendly and efficient. I was impressed when I overheard the employee explaining to another customer that he didn't need new tires. I appreciate that kind of honesty.
