I have been doing business at the location for over 20 years and have been extremely pleased with the service and knowledge base available to me.

Took my truck in to get a hose replaced along with an oil change and tire rotation. It didn't take them long to get me in and out and they where very reasonably priced. Will defiantly be returning for future services.

Went in for a tire rotation, and they found a major defect which they explained, showed me the defective part, and fixed without fuss or overcharging.

The alternative tire offered was cheaper and better than what I scheduled for, the tech took us home while we waited, and they were honest about us not needing brakes yet.

It was quick and fair priced

I had purchased my tires at BIG O so that was the beginning of using them.. I had my tires rotated, brakes checked, oil change and fluids and battery checked while I waited. Being a senior female, I just know that I can trust them, they are convenient to my home and always treat their customers well.

From the time I dropped off my vehicle. They told me they will let me know when they find the problem and how much the coast will be and what time they will be done with my vehicle. It toke them 3hrs like said and called me to let me know what the issue was. Keep up the good job!

I had a flat tire the other day and another tire shop helped me out but told me my tire was not able to be fixed and that I would need all 4 new tires since I have AWD. I did some shopping around and called almost every tire shop in the valley I found that Big O in Kearns was the best priced for one of their better quality tires it was priced a few hundred less than the competitors "good" tire. Not only was Big O trustworthy, they were able to fix my tire and I didn't need to get all new tires! When the time comes I will definitely be back for a new set, they have gained a new customer for life. Thank you!

I was satisfied with the great job they did at the taylorsville Big O location and tony explained it very well. Also the time they spent on getting the parts and also when they got the parts the labor took them 4 hours to complete the job. I’m glade that I took my car to them because know I feel safe driving my own car and the alignment is better as well. I Brought my wife's car in for a suspension and brake check. My wife heard some noises that worried her? They took it in the back and checked everything out and greased all the points. They didn't find any problems. They really did a thorough inspection! I went up front to pay and get my keys. They didn't charge me a dime! These guys are awesome they really know how to take care of there customers. I have purchased 2 sets of tires from these guys and will continue to buy my tires from them! THANK YOU KEARNS BIG O!

Tony and Sean (and the rest of their team) are phenomenal. I don't go to any other shop or mechanic. They are knowledgeable and friendly and honest if they feel they can t do it they'll give amazing recommendation if someone who can. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
