Well I had a bad experience at the Riverton branch they had me wait 1 in a half for a alignment and they never even did it so I ended leaving really upset I get like they take advantage of people there cause they treated me no good I put a review that was what happened so you can look at that on the link but ya I think they need better management there in Riverton

I have now gone to two different BigO locations with tires that were low or going flat. They have been absolutely great to work with and got me on my way and out the door very quickly. The guys were so nice in both cases and opened doors for me when they saw me coming. One of them even greeted me at my car when I pulled up. I am SUPER impressed and will be back if needed.

Staff has been excellent to work with. They communicate well and follow through with their commitments. They are also very knowledgeable and highly skilled with the work they perform for me. Very satisfied.

Wow! We went in for an emission and safety inspection. Your emission guy Had a day off but it didn't matter. Rather than turn us away, they took the car to a competitor and had it tested and promptly returned it to me. Thanks guys!!

I did not have an appointment, but I had a leak in one of my tires and needed a rotation. Staff was friendly and helpful, the work was completed very quickly, which was very convenient for me.

I just needed an inspection and registration renewal. I decided to go to a nearby restaurant to eat while waiting for the inspection to be completed, and received a text when the inspection was completed, whereupon I returned, the technician put the brand-spanking new bright sticker on my plate to show that my registration is good for another year, and I was good to go!

Good and quick service, they didn't have the tire I wanted but they were able to locate it and get it in as soon as possible

Came in with a slow leak in my tire, it was repaired , no charge, and ready to go in less than and hour, maybe 30 minutes!

Service and product quality

I blew out a tire, which was a special order type and I was going to need at least two. They ordered the tires and got me back on the road within the week!

I was surprised I wasn’t charged to get my flat fixed. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print when I purchased this set of tires back before winter. I thought it was only the Big-O brand tires that had free flat repair.

Just purchased a vehicle for my daughter and wanted to make sure brakes were working correctly. After checking the brakes, the determination was that they were fine.

They greeted me right away and explained in detail what I would need to do to get my desired results.
