I was very impressed with the service that I received. The thing that impressed me the most was that I had to leave my car at the shop with no way of getting to work and school for the day. The employee who helped me, Ryan, told me that they had a car that I could borrow for the day at no extra charge to me. Great service.

I came in for a tire rotation and alignment check. The guy that helped me was super kind and explained everything to me. Very helpful and courteous.

It was a great visit. The staff did have too many cars come in the morning. They said it would be to hours to do the rotation. When I came in the people still said it would be two hours since the store was still busy. I decided to wait. The car ended up getting done in an hour. The person that helped me did say that he would do the best to get it done as quickly as possible. They even did a brake check, which was a plus. I do understand it was a couple of days before a holiday, when people get tire work done. I won't dock a point because of that.

We brought the car in because of a leak in the rear end, and left it to be checked. Big O personnel called and explained the issue, we approved the work, and they took care of it faster than they expected. We were very pleased with the service.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and helped me understand the most painless way to get my vehicle taken care of.

I went in to have a screw pulled out of a tire and a tire rotation. I was quoted an hour wait time, but it only took 30 minutes. I was glad I didn’t have to wait for an hour!

These guys are awesome. The manager, Ryan, is super helpful and the rest of the employees understand that we are all on a budget and don't want to pay out the window for a simple repair. They are fast and professional and I stopped going anywhere else as soon as I found these guys

They didn't upsell me on anything that was not necessary.

They were able to help me immediately both times I was there. They were courteous on the phone when I called and warmly greeted me when I arrived. They had the tires in stock that day when in other locations I had to wait. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely go back again.

I have a fleet of delivery trucks and it only took me one time to recognize the professionalism and skill of all the staff and management. I will continue to use this service as, not only for my business, but I have started using their services for my own cars and highly recommend them to my family and friends.
