Big O Tires

I deal with many automotive companies in my line of work. I choose Big O in American Fork because of their expertise and quick service.

Jared was the employee who I worked with, he helped me find the exact tires I wanted for my husband's Tesla (he'd researched on some Tesla forums). Jared also helped find and inform me of all the rebates available without being asked, and made sure he showed me the forms and printed everything I needed to get the rebates. Great, helpful employees at a good location!

I was treated in a friendly yet professional manner. The work was completed in a timely way and as promised. Staff reached out by phone to confirm my selection of options. My loyalty to this business was rewarded. I come here, not because they always do perfect work, but because I am treated fairly and with respect, and because I have confidence that the work will be done to my expectations and on time.

Great service and great price. But most of all Jared was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. He takes care of you and your car and makes sure you’re comfortable with whatever you decide.

Great service

I had inadvertently stopped at a Big O Tire in Orem to get service (free alignment check and tire rotation) they told me that I needed to replace the two rear tires and that an alignment would be needed because of the worn tires. They said it would not be prudent to go ahead with an alignment but they would provide same with the new tires. The American Fork location went ahead with the alignment check and provided an alignment without trying to sell me any tires. When ask if there was excessive wear. they said not enough to need tire replacement but I could put it off till fall this year if needed then.

Jared D was very helpful. I was price matching and calling to cancel my appointment, to go to another place. Jared talked to me and worked out an acceptable price and reminded me of all the benefits Big O Tires offers with their new tires. I ending up buying the 4 tires at your American Fork business.

Ryan helped me throughout this process. Very impressed with the whole experience because of Ryan. This location is usually very clean and well maintained. The staff is usually very helpful. I much prefer this location than a location nearer to my home.

Good overall experience for this trip into the store. We had A LOT of work done this trip with getting a list of needed items to have done to have the car run really good. I appreciated to continued contact through the process of letting us know how things were going and where we were at in the fixing of our vehicle.

Very courteous and helpful service. Kept me informed on progress of work and issues that arose. Price was as quoted with no hidden charges.

I can always count on this location to be clean and for the associates to be friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them to take care of my car and to be open and honest about any issues or service recommendations so I don't run into bigger problems later.

They were very helpful. I know enough about cars to be dangerous and little enough to also be dangerous. They didn't patronize me when I explained my problem or when explaining more about my problem to me. They were helpful and knowledgeable and took good care of me.

The American Fork staff did it again, they gave me great customer service on my alignment last Thursday. My car was ready by the afternoon and ran perfect on my Friday morning commute to work. Very pleased! I will continue to go to their store for tires and alignments.

The team at Big O American Fork Ut location is awesome. Ryan and Jared welcome me by name and make sure that they hear what I need for my car at that appointment. Clean location - I like the new way that it is decorated with new floor and paint in the lobby area
