I had a great first experience and returned for new tires. They only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed and were quick to get another 2 at a different location. They were friendly and quick to get the job done. It was very much appreciated!

Great Service. While it can take some time to get a vehicle maintained, Big O does the best they can to work fast. This is not an easy job, but they always manage to do good work.

Ryan and Jared have always taking care of me like I was one of the "family." You never need worry if your are getting taken for a ride, or being sold something that you really don't need to have done. This Big-O Tires establishment embodies what all service centers of this nature should be and do. I have recommended them to MANY of my associates, colleagues, and family members and friends and have never been disappointed with the way they were treated and helped. I have repeatedly got great feedback from them about their experiences as well. I hhope that they will be around for a very long time.

I live up Midvale and I made the 35 minute drive down to get my oil changed and emissions done because it's the only location and owner that I trust to not screw me over or pull a fast one on me. :)

Friendly service

The team saved the day again! Because we trust Big O American Fork so much, we had a tow truck drop my daughters broken down vehicle there, even though we couldn't be there ourselves. The team diagnosed things at first opportunity, communicated with us throughout, and made the repair with reasonable time and cost. They''ve also updated the store and it's never been better. These guys receive my highest endorsement.

I was happy that my car that I bought with almost new big o tires was still under warranty. That is great. they balanced and rotated my tires in a pretty good amount of time.
