I was really impressed with the service

Jared is always very friendly and he remembers me which is very important to me. He always communicates well and offers good options.

Recently I needed new tires and an alignment. They didn't have the tires in stock (weird size, thanks Mazda), and they couldn't get them from the warehouse on a Saturday without a delivery fee. Rather than asking me to come back, they said they'd pay the fee and have the tires delivered so the work could be done that day. When they got the car up on the rack they discovered a damaged tie rod that made the alignment impossible without replacement. Again they had to have the part delivered (no charge to me). They normally close at 5pm on Saturday, but they stayed until about 6pm to finish the work on my car and allow me to pick it up the same day. Excellent customer service - I clearly felt that my needs trumped theirs - they put me first. Well Don!

I've been going to the American Fork Big O for about a year now for both of our vehicles. Jared and Jake have always been awesome.

You guys have been really good to work with. Ryan and Josh, especially, as these are the two I've worked with the most.

We dealt with Ryan who was professional and kind while also being informative. He was not pushy but he told me what services I may want to consider for safety. The service was done quickly and well!

Big O tires are excellent quality and was a great investment! Staff is always the best!

The American Fork Big O team is incredible. They treat customers like neighbors and I have come to actually look forward to going there with issues from tire needs to mechanic services. II send my wife and daughters there with full trust, knowing I don't have to be there to cover their inexperience with mechanic issues. Love Big O!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have purchased many new tires from Big O over the years for my three cars. My wife recently had a flat tire from a cut on the sidewall. Big O replaced the tire free of charge and my wife was thrilled. Thank you!

The manager Ryan welcomed me with a welcomed greeting and know my name. I have noticed them with other customers when they walk in that they do the same thing. Honest opinions on what needs to be done on the vehicle and provides a quote in the paperwork so I didn't have to write it down. They make you feel like you are part of their family in this location.

I had such an amazing experience yesterday!! I woke up with a flat was already running late so I called Dustin at this store he assured me since my tire still had some air it would be safe to drive the 7-8 blocks to the store where he quickly fixed my tire "for free" and I still made it to work on time Dustin Danner you are my hero!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Evey persons I dealt with was extremely pleasant. I scheduled an appointment and within an hour I was contacted and made aware that the tires I was interested in weren't in stock so they told me about comparable tires in the same price range. I showed up to the appointment a half hour early and the for me right in and got me taken care of.

Slater helped me and my dad and was absolutely excellent.

Easy and friendly to work with, they seemed to be honest and knowledgeable.
